7I really appreciate all the help I received from the assistant manager mrs Debra Merritt it was a very busy day and the place was packed but she was so very helpful patient and kind to me and my wife as we looked at several different things before we made our decision and we appreciate her helping us we will keep her in our thoughts and prayers throughout this Holiday season and the new year as well as all the other staff there…. I purchased a watch from Kay jewelers in Southern Pines and the sales associate assured me that if I had any issues with the time or date or anything for that matter, then I can bring it in and they would help me out. Today I noticed the time and date was off so contacted the Kay jewelers near Lumberton. The lady assured me that they could correct the date and time on my watch. When I arrived, the lady told me that she could not help me. I told the lady that I called earlier and they assured me that they could. Very irritating! No apology or anything. I have a warranty too! I called the Southern Pines Kay’s and they instructed I head to their location. I do not recommend the Kay’s near Lumberton.
My husband and I visited this store in Lumberton, NC we were greeted with a smile and these ladies were all so helpful and friendly! We plan on doing more business at this location.
We are from out of town and we love Kay’s Jewelry. My husband and I went to this location to purchase a watch and everyone we have had the pleasure of doing business with have been very helpful and professional. My husband and I plan on doing more business here while we’re in the area.
Amazing customer service. Really appreciate the staff and especially the assistant manager of the store. Very friendly. Will come back again.
