We received excellent service from both Julie and Amy. We initially came in to have a ring inspected and sent out to be rhodium plated. Because of both the help and the attention we received we decided to take the time and also do a little shopping. We closed our in store experience purchasing a new ring! I highly recommend Kay’s Jewelers at Northlake Mall to anyone interested in having a relaxed and friendly time shopping for their jewelry needs.

Very bad customer service, and they do not speak clearly to the customer about the product

I experienced good customer service when I purchase my item on 1/20. Tai was the associate that assisted me.
However when I went to return the item on 1/21 the service was very, very poor to the point that another customer intervened
The associate needed assistant from the manager (Amy) to help complete the transaction. Amy instead dismissed the concern. She was more interested in helping a couple that came into the store about 15mins.after me. Thats when the other customer noticed what was occurring and intervened.
There really need to be a number protocol in place to alleviate any confusion as to whose next to be assisted.
Customer service & managerial training is badly needed at this store.

Julie was the greatest sales associate that I ever encountered at Kay’s I recommend her at 10 out of 10 she understands what you’re asking for and she has no problem figuring out what you want. I would definitely come back and shop with her!

Some of the best customer service EVER! Came in no hassle, didn’t press me to buy, made actual conversation! Best team I’ve seen in a jewelry store. Shout out to who was my cashier I don’t know her name lol, but 10/10 service from her (blonde, short, and wearing a blazer, very nice!)

Had a great experience here. First time looking for an engagement ring. I asked tons of questions and looked at tons of rings. Nothing but patience, professionalism and great help here. They explained everything in detail about financing if wanted. Making it very clear on some oltions being 90 days or the price spikes. Not from them but the finances place. The fact that they are 150% clear and direct about that shows how much they care about there customers and show then what to expect. Truely went above and beyond for me im every way possible. I will reccommend this store in particular to any first time buyers especially. Thanks so much for all your help. Will update with names

Today was absolutely AMAZINGGGG with Edward! I was having some issues online and was about to go to Concord Mall location but I live closer to Northlake but I've never been there. But today I decided to take a chance and go to Northlake annndd IM SOOOO GLAD I DID! I'm pregnant so I'm already frustrated and tired so of course having someone who knew ALLLLLL the right answers and would pick the items that I was thinking of for my husband was a relief. He made sure to look for all and any discounts for me and was totally honest about sales for tomorrow versus trying to sell me items today. I love love loveeeee his confidence in his work.it made me feel safe! He's AMAZINGGGGG at what he does and he truly cared. We picked the best anniversary gift watch for my husband and I couldn't be more thankful on how easy he made this process for me because I GOT OTHEE THINGS TO DO LOL! THANK YOU AGAIN EDWARD! Mr. Ed Booth helped me to pick out the ring of my future wife’s dreams. (I didn’t post the picture of the ring so she wouldn’t see it early on here). He was very professional and knowledgeable about the diamonds and gems that he was selling me and went out of his way to show me the different clearance options they had so I could save money. The customer service was exemplary, and he made me feel important and understood that this was going to be one of the most important decisions in my life to make. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would recommend anyone to come here to buy jewelry.

My husband and I were looking to incorporate my original diamond into a newly designed ring after 35 years of marriage in June. After visiting 4 other jewelry stores, one of which was a Kay’s Jewelry, we arrived at Kay’s at Northlake Mall. Here we met Ed Booth who was more than willing to help us find “just the right thing”! It took lots of searching on his part to find something we would absolutely LOVE! After about 2 weeks of searching, he found a beautiful semi mount to which we added my original engagement diamond.
