I have been with Liberty Medical Specialties for over two years now and for all that time the folks have been the most grateful and professional folks I have ever met. Jennifer Wrubel remembers my name with a smile every time. Rob and Victor have visited my home several times and always checks everything. They have always been very polite. I have late-stage Cancer and COPD and need Oxygen to keep me from being out-of-breath. Liberty Medical is the best medical specialties company I have ever delt with.

I purchased a shower chair and a cane from Jennifer Wrubel in Morehead City. She had very good customer service skills and was very attentive to my needs. I thank her for her assistance.

I was told I had to wait for a delivery from Liberty. It was for my mom, she was receiving a hospital bed, bed table, Oxygen & tank, I was so surprised at the efficiency, They reach out to you to set up the delivery date. They check with you the morning of. They call when they were on their way.
Up until the delivery everything was wonderful.

Then Mike, the delivery guy arrived. I have to tell you, this man took the stress right out of the situation. He was so helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I have to say Mr. Mike was the absolute highlight of this whole event. Thank you so much. He positive attitude is much appreciated as well as his patience with us.
