Words cannot express how impressed I am with the craftsmanship and attention to detail they took on my ring. Michael did a fantastic job choosing the diamond I will wear forever. I have bought several items here throughout the years that I have lived here. They have some of the best quality items in the area, and I'm not afraid to pay for quality. Having said that I think they are a tad steep on their prices for some things. Bottom line, they will always have my business.

Great customer service is hard to find just like nice people are rare these days but Neil, Kathryn and Palidia (I don’t think I spelled this right) are so sweet and helpful.

Very rude employees. Took off with our rings while hiding to weigh it (real gold) and said I’ll give you SCRAP value. LOL! This place is a joke. But I just got offered 15K dollars for these 3 gold rings and they offered $100! STAY AWAY!

I have went twice to this jewelry store asking if they could size 2 different rings. One being my grandmothers and the other mine. The lady barely even looked at my ring and said we can’t do it. Also intended where I purchased the ring, as if it was fake. It’s like they won’t repair anything or touch any jewelry that isn’t there’s. THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE. Terrible customer service. My family has done business with this company for years. NEVER AGAIN. Do NOT waste your time.

The woman that got around to aski could she help me.was a older woman and not a bit of friendly smile or nothing. I was just needing to get a ring appraised and she took one look at it and said that's a fake and I simply ask are you sure you didn't really do nothing but glance and she said I know what iam talking about I been doing this for forty years.just to let morris Jewelers no that she needs to learn some manners and learn to be a little nicer became when you are upset about other things ever one else.has there own problems also.

I lost one of the stones from my engagement ring right before my anniversary. Morris Jewelers was able to fix it flawlessly. My ring is 10 years old, but looks brand new again. I could not be happier with their work. Everyone that works here is also genuinely nice and caring. I wish I could give more stars.

I will never step foot in Morris Jewelers again. When I walked in I was first asked if I had a mask. When I said that I did not, I was then asked if I had been vaccinated. I replied that I was not going to answer that question and left the store. My family has always used Morris for our jewelry and repairs. Never again!

I went their to get my ring resized and was told I needed to return my ring where I got it and the had a vintage ring that they could resize for me. I went to another jeweler who said it could be done just that the band would be thinner in the back which is fine I want my ring not another ring.

My husband & I have been customers of Morris Jewelers for more than 30 years. I can honestly say that we have never been disappointed with anything we've ever bought from them. Michael himself is always so very pleasant and helpful with everything from assisting us in purchasing jewelry, to jewelery repairs, to watch purchases & repairs (even to older watches & jewelry that belonged to our parents & grandparents), & even down to cleaning & checking my jewelry when I come into the store. I totally trust him with handling & keeping my diamond jewelry, if need be, to make sure everything has been repaired correctly & that is up to his own high standards (before returning it to me). In these days, I know people are skeptical about leaving their precious jewelry pieces at a jeweler (since so many have been duped by having stones replaced with cheap versions by con-men.but you never have to worry about anything like that with Michael!
