16Billy's service and caring for my mother are amazing! He goes above & beyond to help her. English is not her first language. He is patient with her & takes the time to make sure she understands before he leaves. She is 85, frail, gets confused easily, and depressed. She is happy to see him & is SO appreciative of the extra TLC he shows her. You need more employees like Billy. He is deserving of any & every raise you can give him. God bless him a million times over!
Great location, very convenient and accessible. Friendly, prompt and professional service. They take the time to explain your equipment and connected apps, along with tips to ensure a pleasant experience using the Airsense. Although my location has changed and is a bit further i am still very happy with this company overall.

I don't understand oxygen is important for someone to breathe here lately after I put in a order it doesn't come my husband had to wait 3 days for oxygen hopefully he didn't have to go to hospital because it wouldn't be pretty for this company

We had such a professional and efficient experience as my spouse transitioned to CPAP, first one the phone, then in the office. We are able to operate at home due to the diligence and patience of Julian. What we were apprehensive about evaporated into confidence.
Called to report my oxygen concentrator had a red light blinking and was beeping. Jerrell from Adapt arrived less than 30 minutes later and swapped the unit out.

Had a little mishap with the delivery date. Wheelchair was listed as out for delivery then sent back to facility for correction. Took 2 weeks to get the wheelchair but that’s understandable with the holidays. Overall good service thanks.the delivery driver was awesome I give him a 10 out of 10.
They are some of the most inept people I have ever worked with. Delivered the wrong wheelchair and bedside commode on
Friday. Finally get the wheelchair Tuesday afternoon - minus the foot rest (which I have to have) and seat cushion. Then when I call at 4: 45 pm because the beside commode hasn't been exchanged out, I get told they made a mistake with the delivery days so they never told the driver. It'll have to wait until tomorrow. In the meantime I have to continue to make unsafe transfers on and off of my toilet, in addition to cleaning up messes.
I watied, waited but after a while we we're thinking something had happen to the driver, we we're worried about him. So later that evening he (driver) showed up at my house and he said there was a mix up at the shop. So when he was able to get my order together he drove it stright to my house, just when I need it for the holidays.
Chedrick Reid was the technician who delivered my wheelchair and equipment today. He was AWESOME! Excellent experience!
