We have found Parkers’ Karat Patch to be a wonderful place for our jewelry needs. We recently worked with Jamie to help us build a set of earrings to replace an earring that was lost. The new earrings are spectacular and Jamie was a delight to work with, and she is extremely knowledgeable as well. We are grateful to have this excellent jeweler in the area.

The only place I will ever go. After another jeweler had damaged my 100 year old wedding band I brought it to Parker’s Karat Patch. The attention to detail and the extra mile that they went to repair my jewelry has me floored. My ring has been damaged for a long time (6 years) and it’s always a sad thing in the back of my head since it belonged to my great grandmother. I am so happy I trusted them with my pieces and all the sadness has turned to happiness and admiration for their work. Thank you so much Parker’s.

Emma went above and beyond to help me with a ring resizing, a quote for fixing an antique ring and for selecting and customizing my fiancés wedding band. The work done on my jewelry was stellar and we are absolutely pleased with the platinum band Emma helped my fiancé pick out. She also helped me with a custom diamond ring and did amazing work. I tend to be picky and let me tell you, the Karat Patch is a one stop shop for all your jewelry needs!

Excellent at every stage of the process of designing and making my custom ring. The manager helped me make good decisions without imposing her individual tastes over mine. I love my ring. It is the most beautiful piece of jewelry I’ve ever owned. The staff kept me informed periodically while they were making the ring which was important to me. It’s a family heirloom.

I asked around and was told by a friend to call Parker’s for my most precious need - my cross was broken and it had belonged to my father who has been with Jesus for quite some time. The staff was kind and patient as I explained the “value” my heart held for this cross. The jeweler examined my cross, then came out and explained to me that he was not sure he could fix it as my cross is old and the gold is thin - it was coming apart in several places. I begged him to please try. He said he would. I do not have the words to express what a wonderful job he did. He not only fixed it, but he strengthened the clasp and made it look like it was brand new. It is beautiful. I have missed wearing it while they had it for repair, but oh what joy I felt to put it back on today. Absolutely gorgeous. I can not recommend them enough!

Not only do they carry name brand jewelry they can customize items which I have taken advantage of both options. Their website and customer service makes your selection process effortless with wrapping and mailing if needed. This is one happy customer!

My fiance and I have never gotten custom jewellry before - and we had an unusual request for Parker's. We wanted wedding *pendants* rather than rings. We had a rough idea of our design as our zodiac symbols, Virgo and Scorpio, drawn out to be close to our initials. We wanted to have the zodiac symbols stand out in copper. And we originally thought to have damascus as the base, but realized (with Kristin's help!) that it would be too dark and too weighty. Instead, she suggested silver, engraved with a damascus design - and the end result was truly breathtaking.
The entire process with Parker's, from start to finish, was beyond outstanding. Kristin was both realistic and incredibly helpful, the staff were amazingly friendly (Emma and Jamie are so sweet!) and as you can tell by these pictures, the jeweller and engraver here is an ARTIST. Not to mention that the price was well within our budget and very fair! We even got to add secret messages to each other engraved on the back (to be revealed during the wedding!), and Kristin was very careful to keep them a secret!
I cried when I saw our pendants - these are more beautiful than we could have even imagined - they were exactly what we had in mind, and even shinier than that! Thank you so much to Parker's for treating mine and my partner's love as if it were your very own.

I have had rings resized and stones replaced in rings. I trust The Karat Patch with my jewelry. Additionally their work is excellent. If you’re looking for that special piece of jewelry or to restore a much loved piece so it is wearable I would recommend The Karat Patch.

I purchased a custom piece of jewelry for my wife from a designer I found online, and my guess at sizing was a smidge off. I brought my piece to The Karat Patch for resizing, and I worked with Emma on the details. She was down to earth, friendly, and answered all of my questions. She ensured that I understood the costs, and that matching a custom piece may not be exact. She allowed me to break the costs down into half now, and half when I picked the piece up. My time frame was 4-6 weeks, and Karat Patch had it down in less than 3. Emma was there to ensure the ring met my expectations, and that everything we discussed at the beginning of the work order was not complete. Most incredible of all was the skill the jeweler demonstrated in matching the original band design perfectly. You cannot tell a resizing happened at all. I loved being able to support a local business, and I loved my experience with the staff; with the quality of work; and ease of the entire transaction.

Our experience here has been absolutely amazing. Emma was so very helpful and kind and patient with all of my questions. The work is absolutely exquisite and worth every penny.
