Jennifer at Perry’s has helped navigate us through a difficult time. Our Mom passed away and left several beautiful pieces of jewelry. We took the pieces into the store to have an appraisal done. Jennifer went out of her way to accommodate us. She was both professional and courteous. We would highly recommend Perry’s and ask for Jennifer. You won’t be disappointed.

I was looking for somewhere to get my engagement ring sized, I asked around and everyone said Perry’s! They were so friendly and professional and the work was perfect! They really know what they are doing. Michelle at the front desk is so pleasant and sweet and Paige who handled the details was the same! It’s a beautiful store and I always felt welcomed. We plan on getting our wedding bands there because they were so great!

After hearing about Perry's through a co-worker, I thought I've give them a shot. I took in a ring that belonged to my grandmother for an appraisal and insurance knowing at some point I will want to rework it. They gave us so much information and can do just about anything you want with beautiful jewelry designs. All of the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful!

I will be coming back when the time is right to recreate the ring!

Awesome experience having a Levian morganite ring inspected. During inspection jeweler discovered that the stone was scratched and a chocolate diamond missing. Of course, the morganite stone had to sent off for polishing. Received the message ring was ready in the time promised. My ring looks as new as the day my husband gave it to me as a birthday present.

I took a sapphire necklace in for an insurance appraisal. We had gone to another large chain jeweler in the area and were told the stone was “too perfect” and might be synthetic, and we would need to send it into a lab for certification. Jennifer at Perry’s provided the appraisal in one day, noting that the stone was such a vibrant blue that “some might think it was synthetic”. Very happy with the quick turnaround and excellent thorough report.

Perry's is an amazing store! The staff has tremendous knowledge and will go above and beyond. They helped pick out the best diamond and design an incredible ring. All i can say is thank you so much for everything.

It seems that one can always find something interesting at Perry's. Its also a great place to view new and vintage jewelry and silver items and the clearance case has some marvelous buys.

My mom bought all the girls matching rings from St. Thomas but wasn't going to get herself one because it needed to be sized.she said she wouldn't make time to get it done. I made her buy it with the promise I would get it sized for her. After going to so many other stores and being told no because of the risk, I was finally referred to Perry's. They were the only ones that would size my mom's ring for me. Life savers! Thank you so much! Now my mom can wear her matching ring comfortably!

Perry’s is great for appraisals and estate jewelry. Their sales people (especially the ladies) are gracious and never pushy. For one of a kind pieces and vintage jewelry it is the place to shop in Charlotte. Not everything they sell is estate. Many of their pieces are new and some are consigned. They have a police officer in the store at all times which is nice and the location feels very safe. You can park right out front.

Fixed my Grandmother’s necklace right on the spot! I had been unable to wear it lately, but the fix was super easy and now I can go back to wearing it everyday! So thankful! Excellent customer service as well. All the ladies were very friendly and helpful!

I received a beautiful diamond ring from my mother. It has been in our family for generations so I knew I needed to go somewhere knowledgeable and trustworthy to have it resized. I am not a regular fine jewelry buyer so jewelry stores can be a bit intimidating. Perry’s was wonderful! Everyone was welcoming and the finished product is perfect.
