Went to picasso pawn today. Friendly customer service. Jackie attended me and was friendly. We just clicked. He knew what to do. He added a pendant that I purchased with him and asked if he could shine the necklace i brought to go with. He did not hesitate nor didnt think twice. And away he went. Jackie also shined my wedding ring. When he brought back my ring. He came out with a huge smile and made me smile. Thank u Jackie.

I had a great experience. Jackie helped me first over the phone then when I came in the store. Very respectful and knowledgeable. I left with a great deal on an Apple Watch and a great experience from this place. The lady even threw in a free box since they didn’t have the original packaging. 5 stars well deserved. I refuse to believe all of these positive reviews are real. I was treated so rudely here and rushed out of the store when searching for replacement wedding bands. This place is a joke and customer service is lacking. Take your money and your stuff elsewhere.
