There aren’t enough words to describe how great of an experience we had at Raleigh Diamond with Jenny! We came to Jenny to create an engagement ring for my soon to be sister in law after dealing with an AWFUL experience at a jeweler in our area in Washington, DC. With only two weeks to design and have a ring shipped to us, we were so worried that we wouldn’t have enough time but Jenny assured us that she would do everything in her power to make sure we had it with plenty of time before the proposal and she did that and more! Jenny was extremely communicative and spoke with us every day to show us different diamonds and settings for our ring. Because of our previous experience with a jeweler, we were hesitant to trust anyone with this ring but almost immediately, Jenny gained our trust and made us feel so comfortable through out the entire process. My fiancé and I always have a great experience here. We never feel rushed and the sales people are always informative. We never feel any high pressure especially considering we don't even go for normal diamonds (went with all Moissanite instead). We feel empowered to make our own decisions. Definitely recommend Raleigh Diamond even if you are not even looking for diamonds:) The employees are experts in their field!

We had our wedding rings made here with custom design. They r beautiful but the receipt doesn't have my wife's ring size noted down and it doesn't fit her ring finger very well. My band is ok

Excellent customer service and extremely quick repairs. My finance had the ring shipped to the store and we picked it up, and had to resize it. They did it within hours and had the ring ready for me. They always greet you with a smile and are so helpful. Would definitely recommend the jeweler.

My experience with Raleigh Diamond and more importantly Jenny was remarkable. I walked in to the store around August to begin the ring search for my now wife. We were long distance at the time. Jenny heard our wonderful love story and was super patient with me as the details of my wife’s ring began to unfold. My wife even came out to the store to narrow the options during one of her visits. After the visit Jenny and I finalized the ring and it was stunning. My wife loved it and has been gawking at it ever since she received it. I’m so glad to have done business with Raleigh Diamond. When I first walked into Raleigh Diamond I was greeted by a room of smiling faces. I went in looking for a man's bracelet with some high expectations from living so close to the Diamond District in New York city for so long. They did not have many men's bracelets in stock but they showed me a catalog with PAGES of unique, can't find just any where, men's bracelets. They had a great selection within my price range that all had their own appeal. I'm in LOVE with the bracelet and my boyfriend has already gotten compliments on it like "I haven't seen that type of style any where. " We'll be recommending Raleigh Diamond to all pur friends!

My husband and I love Raleigh Diamond! The unique and estate pieces, the quality and the service are wonderful. Visiting the store is always a special occasion. The staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, attentive and courteous but they don’t hover either. We’ve worked with many different members of the staff and they are all great. They remember us when we come back too which is lovely. I recently brought in a pair of diamond hoop earrings that we’d purchased the prior year to get one clasp repaired. Not only did they fix the clasp, they’d noticed a diamond was missing so they replaced it and charged us nothing for the entire service. That was unexpected and just another reason why we will be back again soon!

I recently needed an appraisal on a diamond ring and In looking for a jewelry store I found Raleigh Diamond online. When I called to inquire about an appraisal the owner was extremely helpful and was the only store that I had called who could complete the appraisal in a timely manner. The appraisal was very thorough and was reasonably priced. I was also impressed at the store and the selection of jewlelry they carry and will definitely go there for future needs. This past November, I bought my fiance's engagement ring at Raleigh Diamonds. The customer service is beyond excellent. From the start when I took my girlfriend in to shop for rings, the sales experts are very knowledgeable about the jewelry they offer and they have a lot of great ideas on what we were looking for. In a very subtle and professional atmosphere, they asked my girlfriend what her idea was about the style and looks of her perfect ring. My girlfriend does alot of projects using her hands so the ideal ring should not snag on anything. After gauging her expectations, the sales expert quickly figured out what her style was and had quite a few suggestions that were ideal. We were not pressured to buy anything that day. Because I was there to get an idea of my fiance's style of ring, I was very impressed. I realized Raleigh Diamond's staff are truly interested in helping their customers make the best decision on style, quality and budget without the awkward sales tactics. I came back after a couple months and Jenny, assisted me with my final purchase. Jenny was so very personable, professional and best of all cared a lot about me and our big day.
I had some custom work added to the ring which delayed delivery but Jenny went above and beyond with regular communication even on her day off Jenny followed up with me. That tells me how much they care about their customers! Since then I proposed to my girlfriend and I am so proud to say that we are now engaged!
