My husband and I went in the Reeds in Mayfaire the day after Christmas to get links taken out of our new watches. The saleswoman Jessica was so friendly and quick to help us. I was interested in a Pandora bracelet and Jessica was so helpful and there was no pressure to buy. We did end up buying a Pandora bracelet and a charm from her. I definitely recommend Jessica for all your jewelry needs! We will be back soon to get more charms for my bracelet. Happy New Year!

My son and I visited the Wilmington Mayfaire Town Center location over 2022 Thanksgiving break. The store was pretty busy with customers. We had just made a few steps inside the store where Jessica had greeted us. Jessica was very helpful for us by answering our questions and most importantly, providing some pre-purchase guidance and suggestions. We had a wonderful experience and I will be going back again.

Very disgusted with my experience at this Reeds location today. I went in because a Pandora ring that I had bought from them two years ago had broke, instead of the woman that asked if I needed help being nice she had an attitude and really didn't want to explain or help me figure out my options on how to get my ring fixed. I then went to look at the Pandora rings because there was a new one that I was looking to purchase, but I didn't know what size I needed. The same woman came over and asked if I needed help again and I told her that I was looking at a specific ring but I needed to try it on to see what size I was. She pulled out a tray of rings and the one I was looking at was not in that tray, and when I said that she just stood there and didn't say a word. I then had to ask her to look at a different tray with other sizes and she didn't say a word and just pulled another tray out. I then said something about trying on the ring that I wanted that was in the display case even though I knew it was going to be too big, but I just wanted to see if I would even like it. She then informed me that all of the rings in the case are a seven and a half and just proceeded to stay standing where she was and not say anything else. The whole time I was in there she made it seem like I was an inconvenience to her when she was doing nothing when I came in. I will never be purchasing anything from this Reeds location ever again.

Their natural diamonds are ethically purchased from Canada and India; each carefully inspected and graded by the owner. Luci was very willing to work with me on the price, which for the quality of diamond that I purchased, was absolutely outstanding! I highly recommend Reeds Jewelers in Wilmington!

I decided it was time to buy my permanent and final watch for my collection. Being in the military, I wanted something that can do it all. Tool watch but can also be worn in meetings with high level individuals. Chris and Monica were absolutely amazing to work with.
