Went in with my boyfriend to look at engagement rings and had a wonderful experience. Bill was super knowledgeable and helped us find what we were looking for. Amazing customer service! Will definitely go back for any other jewelry we may buy in the future.

We had a great shopping experience at Reeds with Bill and Jane Hackett. They were very helpful in guiding us through our selection and taking their time to answer our questions. They really made us feel at home -just like family ;)

I had a lovely experience working with Richard and Jane. They were more than accommodating in all my requests for my custom engagement ring and had the best prices I could find in the Raleigh area. The only reason I give 4 stars is due to a shipping mishap with UPS and I ended up needing to have a whole new ring made and shipped. This didn't end up hurting my engagement plans in the long run so no harm:)

It was our first day of browsing engagement rings and had a great experience here. Henry was super helpful even with my basic questions on diamond types and other small things to know about rings. They also had great engagement ring selections!

I do not usually write reviews on jewelry stores, but I had a poor experience and needed to share my experience so others knew to steer clear.

My mother and I were working with an older man at the store (I think his name might have been Wayne) who did not listen to our preferences. We were specifically looking for a filigree engraved band - either they have bands to show us of that design or not. The man kept showing us similar bands that we didn't like and was unwilling to show us any other kinds of designs. He got exasperated and said that he doesn't know what we want or are looking for, so we continued to browse on our own. The man then proceeded to tell a female colleague that, "those people can't afford our jewelry anyways. " The only thing this man had to go off of was that we spoke Spanish to each other. We can infer that he was prejudicely referring to our ethnicity as to why we could not "afford" their jewelery - to be clear, the price of their jewelry was of no concern to us. No, we will not purchase their jewelry because of the type of employees they keep. But we absolutely could afford their jewelry thank you very much and our ethnic background has nothing to do with it. I'm irate to know that someone not only holds such racist views in our day and age, but has the gaw to say so out loud in front of the customers to which they are referring. I could not discourage coming to this Reed's more.

Joy was absolutely wonderful and cared about us being taking care of and meeting our needs. The older gentleman that helped with sizing and taking care of my husband and I was wonderful as well. The care we got almost made the price not matter, almost lol the customer care and pleasantness we received overrides everything. They both deserve a raise.

The woman who helped us today was incredible, went above and beyond to make sure we walked away with something within our price range. We were nervous coming in because our budget was low but she made the process seamless & judgement free! So happy with my wife’s new ring (she lost her last one!)

Bill was amazing. He helped my cousin with his engagement ring. He was super understanding with his budget and the style he wanted! Would 100% recommend him!
