I went to Rhudy's after another jewelry repairman botched my wedding and engagement ring resizing. My engagement ring snapped in half a few months after the resize, and I was heartbroken. I didn't think it could be fixed. I was so happy when I got my rings back from Rhudy's. The repair was made much faster than I expected, and I am so happy with the results. The rings look brand new, and you would never know one broke. Thank you so much!

I brought my Deceased mothers bracelet here to be repaired and and they damaged the stones while buffing it but told me it was that way when I brought it in. You can obviously see the stones were damaged while buffing it out. This place has gone downhill since the original owner passed away. Pure trash

I took my late mother's watch to have the battery replaced, but the business accidentally broke the stem in doing so. They told me to take it to a jeweler, so I headed for Rhudy's, where a kind young man quickly repairred the broken stem - and charged me nothing! This is a wonderful business, has been for decades, and I recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy fine jewelry or who needs jewelry repair.

I had a custom engagement ring made at Rhudys and it turned out more perfect than I ever imagined. Mariah and the rest of the staff was so helpful in helping me make my dream ring come to life! Definitely recommend them!

Brett Phillips designed and created a very special ring for me. The ring is crafted with my mother's diamonds, tranzinite and gold. Brett's creation is more than amazing. The ring is absolutely beautiful ️. I plan on wearing it for a very long time and passing on to my daughter one day. I would absolutely recommend Rhudy's to all my friends.

I recently went to Rhudy's to have them design a ring around a family stone as an engagement ring. I was greeted by Rihanna who was attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable during the process. I also purchased a band in the showroom that was exactly what I was looking for and I was extremely satisfied with the pricing she came up with. Concerning the design, we discussed what I wanted upon my first visit. Roughly two and a half weeks later Brett called me to let me know a wax mold had been made and e-mailed some computer imaging he came up with. I am roughly an hour and a half away so I called to set up an appointment to make some minor changes before it went to the bench. Although Brett was off work that Saturday, he met me in the office and let me watch him make the changes on the CAD-CAM system which was awesome. John Curley and Jamie were also a great help during this process keeping me updated every step of the way. Can't thank you guys enough, she loved it! I will definitely be sending family and friends to Rhudy's for any and all their jewelry needs!

Circumstances beyond my control created my Diamond Solitaire and a Diamond Cluster ring to mysteriously disappear. These rings were over 20 years old with alot of sentimental value. I had taken these rings to Rhudy's for resizing and several times for cleaning and they did a fabulous job each time. Knowing their reputation, I chose to have them make a ring to replace my two rings. I took in a photo and spoke with a sales associate and Brett Phillips about creating a ring similar to the photo. I picked up my diamond ring Saturday Sept. 22,2019. Brett and his team did a fabulous job! I am very pleased with my ring. The service I received, the open communication and the knowledge Brett exhibits is by far above exceptional. Also, Rhudy's made a silver Pendant for me in October 2018 and Dan did a great job to create a lasting piece. I am very proud to wear these pieces and let people know that Rhudy's has a GREAT team that I highly recommend! Brett Phillips is very gifted in designing jewelry. I came to Rhudy's to get a ring resized. I had no idea the ring was hollow, but we found out once the jeweler started to cut it. The sides of the ring collapsed. I thought for sure that no only did I own a ring that I can't wear, but now I have to purchase another one to replace it. Jaime and John went above and beyond to make sure that I left a satisfied customer. They found me another ring (a solid one) and only charged me the difference in weight between the two. I was blown away by their customer service and willingness to remedy the situation. Rhudy's has definitely earned my trust.

I brought two rings to be rized and one of my rings was rose gold plated. I was warned that the plating would possibly come off but they did a beautiful job of keeping 90% of it on and the 10% that was off was gorgeously done. They are excellent at their job, I will always come to Rhudy's with my jewelry. I trust them completely. Thank you!

Great experience! The staff at the store were very professional and friendly. The jewelry designer went out of his way to accommodate meeting us to discuss ring design. We received a beautiful picture of the way they (diamond engagement ring and wedding band) would look. The final products are stunning!
