Schiffman’s is the best! I went in today to see if they could fix my mother-in-law’s broken bracelet and they fixed it and polished it for free even though it was purchased somewhere else- A+ customer service! Millie was so kind and helpful my husband and I will definitely be back ️

Brian took such amazing care of us when we came in, from start to finish he and the entire staff were so welcoming and warm. I mean they really care. Schiffman’s Jewelers, in the friendly shopping center, is an amazing experience. It is a family own business that actually treats its customers like family. I highly recommend just popping in to see the beautiful jewelry and the very welcoming staff.

I have been buying from Schiffmans for many years and they have never been more impressive than whe I ran into a serious issue with a very expensive watch. I can’t say enough good things about Benjamin at the Friendly store who has always been my go to guy! The manufacturer was pushing back on an issue that was clearly a defect. When push came to shove Ben and Schiffmans made it right! My appreciation for Ben and his tenacity cannot be overstated!

Patricia was so beyond helpful with what we needed help with. When many other stores told us “no”, Schiffmans made sure to tell “yes” with the brightest smile on their face! Not to mention how Rich was such a pleasure to speak with on the phone. Will definitely be receiving my business more in the future!

Words can barely describe how great of an experience we had buying our wedding rings at schiffmans. The staff here, especially Steve, go out of their way every time you come in the store to make you feel welcomed and to make sure you’re getting the best possible jewelry option at the price that works for you. Steve even had me wait to purchase my wife’s wedding band until the store’s diamond event so I could get the best possible deal. I now live in Charlotte but will continue to drive to Greensboro for all my jewelry needs.

Working with Brian at Shiffman’s made ring buying absolutely effortless. From the first time we went into the store till today when we picked up my ring he was a constant, knowledgeable, and friendly presence that guided us through the entire process! Schiffman's was awesome! Especially Vicki! She was patient with us while looking at a lot of rings. I came back a few days later, without my now fiancé and got the one I wanted. I needed my diamond set quickly and they turned around and got it done so I could pop the question when I wanted! Couldn't ask for anything better, and will continue to be a customer there, and of Vicki's from now on!
