Has a good transaction got a new Xbox. Hard to find. They assisted with the sale great. Plugged it up turned it on connected to their WiFi. Good experience. Decent price. Plus 6 month warranty for 10% no too bad

Amazing experience every-time. They give you the more then any other pawn shop in Charlotte. I’m speaking specifically about the one on Monroe Rd. The other smart lawns low ball sometimes. Great service and pay options that make transactions convenient. Always great doing business with all locations over the past 6 years. With insurance, they greatly decrease the chance of being ripped off.

Horrible service. This location post prices on items, then when you get to the register, marks the price up and claims to the customer they made a mistake. This is the second time this has happened to me. The manager is unprofessional in how he communicates the price issue with the customer. I recommend customers to go to the 2 south boulevard locations instead. At least those locations don’t make mistakes with prices when they tag them on items.

Found a drill for $40.00, asked if they could take $30.00 and “Bedoya” acted as if I spit on him. He said “it’s misprinted, they’re selling for $159 online, don’t buy it and I’ll raise the price when you leave and it’ll sell for more. ” So then, the gentleman helping me couldn’t find the charger to boot.for what it’s worth, they’re selling for $129 online with 2 batteries, a carrying case and a charger, not the $159 that captain Bedoya looked up. Some people have a bad day.would have let it slide until I got blow up the second I paid with begging texts to review. Maybe Bedoya will have a coke and a smile for other customers.in the meantime, deuces.
