The phone number listed is for Dish network. Nothing says commitment like having a phone number that rings to your competitor.

I would go as far as to say that this is the worst isp I have ever used.

The representatives are sometimes helpful but most of them are not informed on what they are trying to up sell.

I have had connectivity issues as well as internet speed issue due to multiple reasons. At times, it is the modem and at times it is simply due to it not being a dedicated line per unit.

As far as pricing goes, they will give you an amazing deal to signup and will lock you in for two years where the price will sky rocket on year 2. After that they will not give you good prices until you call the department that handles customers that are wanting to terminate services. If you are willing to give good pricing to customers when they are about to terminate, you should be able to work with the customers to give good services at reasonable prices.

I have been lied to by representatives at Spectrum many times and I have had to bare the brunt since the company does not hold them selves accountable for anything they do.

I will avoid this company as much as I can, unless I have no option.

If ATT is able to give 1000 upload and download for 79, you should not as customers to pay the same price for 10 upload and 200 download on a shared line. That’s ridiculous. Lastly, I was lied to by the representatives at Spectrum that ATT is unable to provide those speeds I mentioned. If I was not aware of technology and what is possible, I would have believed those lies and not switched. If they are willing to lie about the speeds and services to me I am sure they would do it to many unsuspecting customers without IT background.

If I could this company 0 I will o join them this year and I must say it has been the wrong choice since living in summerville. Ok well I haven't enjoy the internet since I had it but they will send you a bill. And Kirk the guy that gave me a call was the rudest person I ever dealt with your company is in business because of customers if we left you will be without I'm going to look at getting something different.

Our Internet has been out due to outage all day. This is another outage in a week. Customer service has no helpful information to even provide an ETA for customers.

I am very surprised how this fortune 100 company is operating by keeping customers in dark for so long without any guidance.

Been having issues with so, chec6ur records and c if someone from the Charlotte area might know what to do because there in Jacksonville, nc they sure don't no professional lis at all. No customer care representative at all in this STORE. U need to send an observer and let them c for themselves
I need some serious replacement. Want to know why u r losing customers, go down and take a look 4 urself. The eyes will tell no lies. No PUBLIC RELATIONS WHAT SO EVER AT THIS STORE, ESPECIALLY WITH SHIRLEY.

It is where I work. I have interacted with dozens of people there and have not found one yet that was anything other than friendly while still maintaining their professionalism.

The price for the first year will double for the second year. Don’t fall for the promotional package or cancel it right before the due for renewal if you don’t want to get burned.

Spectrum had a contractor dig on my property to bury their main line. During this work the water line to my house was damaged.i have documentation and requested that they pay the repair bill and my claim was denied. This company is unethical- do not deal with them. I now have to take them to court.

I called spectrum today to downgrade our cable television service as we cannot currently afford the additional programming package "Tier 1" and was informed that services cannot be downgraded while there is a past due balance on the account. I view this policy as exteremely convenient for spectrum, and, in my view, abusive to consumers. I am now forced to maintain a level of service I can not afford. This policy makes no sense from my perspective, but clearly would make sense to spectrum if they are more interested in taking as much money as possible, and using any possible excuse to disallow customers from downgrading to a level of service they can afford, simply because their is a "Past Due" balance on the account. I would also note that at least the last two bills I have recieved did not show any payment due date anywhere on the bill, but the bills do show a date on the bill that appears to be the date of when the bill was printed for mailing. I would prefer a bit more transparency in the billing practices, and the ability to lower the level of service when we can't afford add-on programming packages. As it is, I am forced to maintain my current level of service, and am not allowed to downgrade simply because their is a past due balance. I view this policy as nonsensical and abusive of spectrum's customers. The least they could do when threatening disconnection is to provide a disconnection date so the consumer can be enabled to make informed decisions. Additionally, Spectrum appears to bill me for services in advance, as witnessed by the "For services from 06/12/18 through 7/11/18" shown in the "Summary" section of the bill I received today. Today's date is 6/6/18, so I am being expected to pre-pay for services in advance, for services that have not yet been rendered, and will not be rendered until six days from today. I feel spectrum offers a good and reliable service, but I view their billing practices as opaque and abusive of customers who happen to be carrying a past due balance. So, in conclusion, Spectrum is currently forcing me to maintain my current level of service simply because I have a past due balance. Clearly, spectrum has disallowed me the ability to choose a level of service that I can currently afford. Abusive billing practices. Good quality services when you can afford them.

Update: I went ahead and did what I had to do to pay the "Past Due" balance, a balance for services thru the tenth of this month, despite the fact service thru today to the tenth of the month have not yet been rendered. Once I did that, I called them up again and downgraded my television service to remove the "Tier 1" programming package, as we cannot currently afford it. Now I will just keep my fingers crossed that we will be able to afford healthy foods this month, after dealing with Spectrums opaque and abusive billing practices. Have a nice day.

"Store" is no longer at this address. Building is huge but customer area was covered up. Giant waste of time.
