Target, Hickory NC

Cody was extremely patient with getting my red card to work. It was hot in the store so Cody turned on the fan he had and put it on me. He went above and beyond any service I've ever had. Kudos Cody! I am very thankful for your help.

The store was clean and neat, but they employees could have engaged me and they were no where to be seen

Awesome. Was able to beat the scalpers thanks to Target doing store pickups and they made the checkout so easy compared to other retailers selling PS5. Your simply the best. Better than alall the rest!

Sunday morning an hour after they opened, and the entire store was a disaster. It's obvious they don't clean before closing at night. Clothes on the floor, shoes all over the place, Starbucks cups on shelves (I counted 4), random items left behind when someone changes their mind. Really disappointing. I was also surprised that self-checkout was my only option. Not one employee spoke to me, but there were 2 ladies standing around with LOTS to say about their coworkers. I can't say the clothing displays are ever that neat (not as bad as Old Navy though!), but I have a hard time believing all that damage was done in an hour.

Ease of finding what I have come after. People in pharmacy are GREAT! Always find something sweet (not on my list) that makes for good snacking on way home. Convenient location. Easy in, easy out.

Want to complain just a little……stopped at target in hickory today and there was 1 register open, but they had 2 people wiping down carts give me a break. Put a cleaning container so if people want to clean they can. Use the 2 people doing it at cash registers…………….

Nice store. Unfortunately my sisters' cell phone's touch pad is going bad and when we called consumer cellular up they told her that this target was the nearest store to get a new phone. We went on their hickory store website and they showed over 20 phones for sale by consumer cellular. My sister drove all the way over to hickory only to be told they no longer deal with consumer cellular. If that's not false advertising I don't know what is. People should not have to call every store they wish to make a purchase at to see if they have what the store is advertising as being at that store irregardless of all the disclaimers. Bad day.

It was very easy to order and what I needed and it was on time just as advertised ready for pick up.

It was super convenient not having to get out with my toddler. The clerk was so nice too and he even loaded everything for me!

Easy, love the location capabilities with the app. Such a seamless process overall. Definitely a must-do for busy moms/boss babes.

For two days they have not answered their phones no matter the Department. It's ridiculous and incompetent and needs to be reported to tge stores DM!

Extremely rude customer service, literally couldn't care less if we got what we needed or not. Seems to be always out of stuff too.

Love the store for everything EXCEPT the bathrooms! They are never clean and the automatic flushers don’t work/ hanging off the wall. Normally I can deal with it or hold it but with two toddlers I shouldn’t have an anxiety attack taking them to a bathroom in an otherwise clean store.

Young man checking customers out looked up said he was closed, when it was pointed out his light was on he turned it off and turned away. Wow! Target you might want to send your cashier's back through customer service training.

No Debit or credit cards are used for payment. However, they have an ATM that charges $5.00 per $100.

Nice selection. A little pricier than walmart but way less crouded. I love the Starbucks cup holders!

I enjoy going to the store but NEVER order anything off the internet. It will either come broken or not come at all.

Awesome they were open late on Xmas Eve. Was able to get emergency gifts last minute when Walmart was already closed. Thank you target. Also saw a sweet ride on my way out.

Great customer service and great products. Prices are higher than Walmart but the quality of their merchandise is much better.

Nice store with good selection and good prices. They also have a Starbucks inside which is a bonus.
