Went to Windsor to have a watch battery changed. I usually have to drop watches off to have a battery changed, then come back later, but they changed my battery as soon as I walked in (even though I didn’t have an appointment). The associate (Kayla) that greeted me and assisted me was very helpful. On another note, they have a lot of very nice watches in different styles and price points.

On my first visit, I ordered a watch for a Christmas present. The salesperson told me that even if I ordered the watch that day, it would not arrive prior to Christmas. I was a little disappointed, but ordered it anyway. I received a text from the store yesterday informing me that the watched had arrived early. To make things even better, they asked me if I would like for them to wrap the present for me before I picked it up. Everything about the transaction was first class. I highly recommend Windsor, whether it’s for something minor, like replacing a watch battery, or for buying a watch or other jewelry.

This is one of the most top notch jewelry stores you could go to! Every piece of jewelry they have is beautiful and there are many that are very affordable. Natalie was the wonderful woman who helped me pick out a custom necklace for my girlfriend and it turned out gorgeous. Natalie was so helpful and kept in good contact to let me know when new things would arrive for me to come look at. I would highly recommend this place and ask for Natalie if you need any help!

After a terrible experience at another local jeweler *cough* Schiffman’s *cough*, I was worried I wasn’t going to be able to find a wedding band that worked with my engagement ring but Jen was able to help me make a custom band that not only was a perfect match but fit into my budget as well. I can not recommend Jen and Windsor enough!

I bought my first luxury watch the BB58 Black for my introduction into watch collecting and was not a pleasant experience. Garrett placed my name on waitlist and I waited for a year. Went back to check my place in line and found I was not even in the list. Then later received the watch and was told their store policy of 10 percent military discount did not apply to “in demand” watches. Finally, he miswrote the date of purchase on the warranty card then instead of writing it on a new one; just chicken scratched the date and wrote it again next to it. Not what I expected from a luxury brand.

Wonderful customer service from everyone I talked to. Everyone was happy and helpful and not pushy or judgmental at all. They have definitely gained a long term customers!
