I cannot speak more highly about Windsor and the team that is there. They're an AD for a slew of fantastic watch brands, and their pre-owned and vintage inventory is diverse and well priced. Ben in particular is incredibly knowledgable. He's not just a salesman - he's a true lover of watches and it comes through in speaking with him.

Ben & Jade created a first class experience for my first big jewelry purchase. I was planning to pop the question to my Fiancé within a week and had specific guidelines for style. Jade walked me through shapes, quality, cost and value of numerous diamonds. Within a few days they had brought in the perfect diamond and my Fiancé couldn’t have been more thrilled when she saw the final product. Thank you both for everything!

I had taken a Jaeger LeCoultre watch in for service and repair. The results were fantastic! And the service turn around was much shorter than I expected! I would highly recommend Windsor jewelers for service on any of the many watches they carry. Very friendly and competent staff.

Recently bought a Grand Seiko 'Snowflake' (SBGA211g) from them and it was a great experience. Knowledgeable staff (Steve G helped me) and great selection (even some newer limited edition pieces). Will buy from them again (as soon as my wallet recovers anyway).

I have had the pleasure of working with Windsor to get my IWC serviced and the customer service was exceptional. They went above and beyond to help me. I would definitely recommend them and will go back in the future.

Ben was perfect to work with my “watch guy” husband. My husband knew what he wanted and Ben found it for him at a reasonable price. What I like best about Windsor is that anyone will help you even if they are not making the sale. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and reasonable prices for a high end location.

Heidi made this a absolutely amazing experience. First visit to their store but felt right at home the moment we entered. Heidi was incredibly knowledgeable and thoughtful, making the entire transaction very pleasant. She invited me to explore the entire store and opened my eyes to many watches I have never seen in person. We looked at close to 20 different watches and never felt rushed asking to see more. Heidi even went out of her way to get a particular Grand Seiko from their sister store - again to ensure I was 100% satisfied. I found my new go to for all future watch purchases. He has a helpful approach that helped me decide on which watches were right for me based on my preference, use, and long term need. Made the transactions easy from start to finish.
