I am a regular customer at this Zales. My fiancé and I bought our engagement ring for me and bands for us both here, and I’ve since gotten earrings, regular cleanings etc.went in yesterday looking for a solitaire necklace under $400. Not a tall order, as Zales has these even for around $250. I’m at the point where I recognize the employees (although the sales girl who sold us our ring who was AMAZING seemingly doesn’t work here anymore), and a new girl was working (wearing ear pods and a red North Face jacket). Told her what we were looking for and she already was rude, acting like it was difficult to find what I wanted. Again, it’s not. First necklace I looked at was way over budget and when I jokingly said “okay not that one” this girl gave the most condescending “yeeeeeaaaah” in response. The rest of the experience was this girl like shaming me making me feel bad that I couldn’t get something more expensive, and it was so incredibly awkward I’m considering just not going back. Again, I have been a loyal customer. I’ve worked retail, and there is no reason to act like this. This is also management’s fault for letting this girl treat customers like this. Ended up getting exactly what I wanted elsewhere. Very disappointing.

27Dec2021 - nice enough, no issues, the manager was in the middle of making a call and stopped to help us because the saleswoman helping us didn't know the answer.

Nice quiet store that stays open till after work so you can shop at your convenience. The service staff is friendly and patient.

Terrible customer service. Went to have a battery changed there and not only was it almost $22, and took him like 3 min to do it, he couldn't even take the 5 seconds it would've taken to put the correct time on the watch. Now THATS messed. First time in my entire life that's ever happened. I will never go back there.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! My fiancé purchased a new ring on Sunday September 12 I was told I would receive my ring back by Friday September 17 and here it is Thursday September 16 and my ring hasn’t even been looked at for repair. I called on 3 separate occasions spoke with Doug the first time he assured me it would be back by Friday being that I was the “first one” to have my ring resized under some new bs program where the turnaround time is 5 days, spoke with Deborah 2 times and during both encounters they were dismissive, had no answers, and didn’t even care to find any. What’s so sad is that I also brought in my wedding band to be resized which is suppose to take atleast 2 weeks at minimum to return but yet it has made further progress in repair than the ring I’m suppose to pick up tomorrow. No one likes being dismissed or basically being told I don’t know when it’s their money their spending, I will NEVER return to this location for ANY PURCHASES and will NEVER refer them. Save your time and go somewhere else like REEDS! They actually return items in the allotted amount of time they say

AMAZING service! I can’t remember mine and my fiancé’s sales associate’s name, but I really recommend going to this location. She’s a very nice, younger-looking pregnant woman who was wearing a Michael Kors mask. Amazing service, was patient and helpful with me throughout the entire process and gave my fiancé some good tips on finding the perfect band AND having a silicone band for work since he works in a restaurant. Ended up with the most beautiful set. Thank you so much. Very grateful for the experience!

Absolutely blown away with the customer service, top notch! My, our sales person, was so nice and helpful, she really took care of us and that more than anything is what we appreciated. Searching for the "perfect" engagement ring can be hard, but today I went to Zale's in Morrisville, NC, and found my ring! Victoria was very helpful and seemed genuinely concerned in helping me find what I wanted. She helped me from start to finish. She also acknlowdged every customer that came into the store as she helped me. She is an example of what customer service should be everywhere.
