Ashley did an outstanding job. She was very polite and patient while verifying our documentation that we misplaced for our wedding ring. She made all the necessary phone calls and also cleaned & inspected our ring.all with a smile. Great job!

Seth is wonderful, very nice and professional! But as for the store manager Bernice - she’s very rude, unprofessional and her dress code is something to be desired. She should be at hot topic not Zales. She ignored us and helped for other customers when we were the first ones in the store. She was upset because I asked why their website said they were open at 10 AM. And they did not open until 11 she through her hands up in the air and said it’s the mall I don’t know what to tell you.
And then proceeded to refer to me as her girl! Which I am not, she is very unprofessional, and being a long time shopper in California I probably would never return to Zales other than dealing with Seth, who was very polite and very helpful! You might want to look into replacing your store manager with somebody more appropriate for a jewelry store!

Stopped in to have our jewelry checked and cleaned today. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Seth. Super introduction, ‘How can I help you today. ’ Super manner, professional, patient, personable, efficient, knowledgeable. Will be looking forward to him helping us again in the future.

Estena was amazing and very helpful when I came to look at possible engagement rings. She was extremely knowledgeable and patient explaining to me the differences between settings and stones. Awesome experience!

They were awesome and extremely helpful. Even with their ever evolving store policy which worked against us in this case, the manager did everything she could to help work around it. Most importantly though, she seemed happy to do it!

Orderd an engagement ring and popped the question. The ring needed to be sized so I took my now fiance back up to Zales and the lady who helped me blurted out the price right in front of her. That was very unprofessional. Especially considering she was rude when I told her so. I went to the manager and she was just as rude. I don't know whose hiring these people but ill never step foot in there again. I'll spend my hundreds of dollars somewhere else, actually anywhere else. TERRIBLE experience.but she said yes!

My boyfriend and I stopped at Zales to shop engagement rings. We got helped by Bernice and she was SO great! She had such an engaging personality and treated us like we were family, like honestly I think she'd invite us to a cookout. Not only was she great as a person, she spent probably 2 hours going through rings and bands with us. She found us the literal perfect set, I did not want to take it off! Would recommend going to Zales and having Bernice be your personal shopper, she listened to me and could read my body language to see what I loved (or didn't)!
