Caribou Coffee, Grand Forks ND

Walked to Starbucks and then Caribou from my apartment with my dog to get coffee and food…inside of both closed…ridiculous

Drive thru line was pretty long. The team did great to get everyone thru pretty fast. The customers are the reason it was long. Always great service from this location

Not very accommodating. I placed an order online for drive through and the line was so long that I wanted to go inside where no one was. I asked the worker if I could just switch my order to inside and he wouldn’t let me. Other coffee shops in town have let me easily. Disappointed with the customer service here.

I am traveling and have been to 5 or 6 Caribous along the way. I order the same special at each place. These guys were the only ones who got it right! And gave my pup a treat!

I like this Caribou because it’s closest to me but the older Caucasian male that works there is rude. It’s a coffee shop, change your energy.

Usually pretty happy with the service. Guess it’s only good if you’re coming through the drive-thru. Inside guests are bottom priority.

I've only gone to this one a couple of times, but I've had wrong orders, and the coolers end up having just way too much air and ice chunks. Do yourself a favor and go to the one on Washington. Or really any other one. The only redeeming thing at this one for me is that the employees are nice.

I was getting my large caramel high-rise iced, but without the ice. I buy coffee for my four of us in our way out of town quite frequently from this store. $20+ dollars in coffee and they tell me if I get my coffee without ice (because I really don't like ice for one and for two I am buying coffee, not ice) and they told me I will not get a full cup of coffee if I don't want any ice. Um, what? I though my $5 cup was supposed to be for the coffee I ordered, not ice. They just lost loyal customers. This has never happened at any other Caribou. You can order a coffee any way you want, but don't expect a full cup if you don't want any of the fillers. Ridiculous!

I want coffee you give me coffee. I'm tired and forget to ask for espresso, you get me and offer 2 and fast Thank you coffee gods, thank you

Not just at this location, but it happened again here. They never make sure the syrups are mixed in and they don't make sure ice drinks are all the way cold before serving. Little disappointed i needed to wait for my ice Americano to melt before it tastes good because they don't know how to follow their beverage guide book. Thanks Bous. Thanks for not making your drinks to brand standards.

Stood in the lobby way longer than we should have only to have one of the six/seven employees finally acknowledge us and act like it was such a tasking chore to take our order. Never again

This is by far the worst Caribou I’ve ever been to in my life. I’ve received terrible customer service here on various occasions. They’re rude, incompetent, and lack basic customer service skills. The managers are terrible as well. I’ll never go to this location ever again.

Fabulous bagels and service. The establishment was very busy and food was still ready in good time. Very clean and popular

They are very slow, drive thru and in store. Staff will literally stand and look at you waiting and then walk away. They arent very good at getting your order right either.

One of my favorite spots while in Grand Forks. The staff is always so friendly and ready to help you. They've always got a great variety of bagels and goodies to choose from. Not sure what you want, they can suggest anything from one of the seasonal drinks, to the old familiar favorites. Keep on being great!

I love Caribou and will continue to be a customer, however this location consistently fills the top several inches of my cup with foam (no matter my drink order). I feel as if I pay for a medium and get served a small every time. I have gone back and had it re-made in the past, which they do but I don't always have the time to do this.

Went earlier this week. Food was excellent and service was great, but once again the wait time.yikes. We had 2 bagels and 2 americanos that took over 20 minutes to finish (7am to 728 am). Our morning commute needs to be timely, so we'll be spending our breakfast money elsewhere.
