Went in 2 days early to see if they could squeeze in fixing my wipers since I live out of state & not only did they do that, they did it in 5 minutes with no charge! Dave & company were all very kind! Always a great place

I just want to say a huge thank you to the good folks in the service department. We are from Winnipeg and after spending a couple of days enjoying the hospitality and shopping in GF our car starting making some strange front end noises. We didn't feel comfortable leaving for home without getting a professional opinion on whether it was safe to drive. After having another dealership tell us to book an appointment for later in the week we went to Rydell Honda. They immediately took us in and after explaining our predicament to the service writer (I forgot his name) he called on a tech. Elijah (the tech) and I went for a ride and after about 3 minutes he diagnosed the problem. When we got back to the shop he fixed in about 10 minutes (a stone in the brakes). When I asked where I go to pay for the service Elijah said there was no charge and the service writer confirmed that. They wished us a safe trip home. Kudos to Elijah and the service folks at Rydell for putting our mind at ease and showing us such kindness and prompt service.

Went in to look at a vehicle we saw online and got teamed up with William H. He Did a great job, got all our answers taken care of and helped get us into a great vehicle. Overall pleased with the transaction.

My new car was coming in at the end of a lease, and Cory made sure to keep me updated on when the new car would be here, and went the extra step to come in on a day he doesn't usually work just to get me my new car as soon as possible. 10/10 recommend working with him.
