The entire process from the sales team to the final installation was fantastic. Great professional service. Couldn't be happier, had Hanson's replace all of my old windows a year ago and was so pleased that I had them back to install a few more windows on my small addition. Couldn't recommend them enough and am a lifelong happy customer.

Jason was amazing. He showed up a little early and even checked out the attic and really listened to my concerns. Was super patient and understanding. Even talked to my warranty company with me.

Hanson’s representative came out to our house to provide a quote for vinyl siding installation. He arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and approachable. He answered all of our questions re: pricing, installation/lead time and selection of product. We are currently reviewing the quote and will decide shortly if/when we would do an installation.

It took my over 6 months of detailed research looking for a window replacement company. I met with 6 different companies which included Hanson’s. After much thought I chose to go with Hanson’s for my window replacement, they were not the cheapest and they also were not the most expensive but I felt that they gave the best value for the investment. I really liked the life time transferable warranty and the triple pane glass windows. The installation went perfect, and the windows look great. I am extremely happy with my choice and would highly recommend this company.

We have not had our windows installed yet, but just started the process of getting new ones for our house. Brice did a wonderful job at being very responsive and quick with coming to start the process. He was very knowledgeable and we felt very comfortable with the process so far. We can’t wait for the windows to be installed to see the result of the product themselves.

Thought all roofing was going to be done, instead they put holes through weak porch roof to do main roof. Then loaded up enough materials to do porch roof. I had to remove porch roof completely from water damage. Also did not receive any paper work for work done to show my insurance company. Very pricey.

I had a new roof installed. The office kept me informed They reached out every step of the way, from letting me know that materials are ordered, when they would arrive, and scheduling r install. After a week of snow, the crew showed up on the first clear day and are lighting fast. They do good work. Very happy with my new roof.

The roofing crew was very respectful when they were at our house, and they worked hard to get things done correctly and quickly.

We had a nice experience with a very informative salesman: C. Oliver. We are impressed by the reputation of this business. And we thought the products are top-notch, too. The cost was a little more than we had planned, but we still think we got a good deal.

The sales consultant was very professional and took the time to answer all of my questions. They were not the lowest priced bid and they weren’t the highest priced bid, but they have a very good price point for the quality of the window!

Very impressed with Brice Coopers handling in our quote. He was not a pushy salesperson and addressed our questions professionally. We are in quote status, but will proceed with the services.

2 guys from Ohio repaired my winbow. These 2 guys were fantastic. Had to take the entire window out. Because the ones that the first one did a terrible job. Perfect now. They are great.

Hanson's delivered a great service, they were on time, punctual, and friendly. They did a flat roof replacement along with putting new gutters on our home. Been a month and a couple storms later we have no leaking gutters and a safe roof. The only complaint there is from me is I found a hand full of outdoor screws they used to do gutter install, out in our front yard. We have two kids under 3 that play outside, glad I found them before they did. Would recommend them to anyone looking to redo their home projects.

The workmen showed up on time, with Hanson's shirts on, so I know they are not outside contractors, as promised. They had all the needed materials. They were polite and friendly. They answered any questions we had with knowledgeable and patient answers. The windows look great! The fit is perfect! Couldn't be happier. The price is in line with other estimates and we got a discount as well. Awesome work, Hanson's!

Im gonna start off by saying, I’m not normally one to write reviews. On November 8th I had 9 windows replaced. 2 of those 9 were incorrect. I was told upon completion of that job, that it would be around 2 weeks for the new windows to be made, which was in my mind, okay timing. At the beginning of December, I still had not been contacted about my windows so I called their customer service. Upon calling, I was notified that the new windows would not be made until an estimated date of December 23rd. I have tried to reach out to Hansons regarding this issue but have not received a response other than the date. I was also just notified that now my account will start being billed when I do not even have the correct windows in. I was excited to have Hansons install my windows and even had reached out about possibly getting a new sliding door installed. Glad I did not go through with the door now.

We ordered 10 windows sent two wrong windows. You'd think
they would expedited and moved faster to get two windows. Had to wait 2 months to get job finished. Awesome installers
other than wait I highly recommend Hansons for everything.
