I got a good wig here last month and at a good price. The owner is very kind and reasonable. The employees are super nice too. One of the ladies working there helped me pick out a wig that was perfectly fitting for me. I'm sad to see they closed down. I was hoping to buy some products for my natural hair here but I guess I'll have to find elsewhere now. Very sad about that.

I always shoped here but i went yesterday and they have closed down theres a note on the door im confused as to what happened

Ohh My God the service was friendly and the respect is awsome they make you feel so important and you want to spend your money.they have it all clothes, shoes, hair products, all the best wigs, full Lance and half wigs and pony tails whatever you need they have at a reasonable price. I love it. Go and you won't be disappointed.and the sell these wig heads at a good price.check them out.

The guy that helped us was awesome. Helped us with some products for our sons hair. We will be back great customer service

UPDATE: I'M HAPPY TO SAY THAT SHE HAS BEEN FIRED!

The black lady who claims shes the new owner is devilish and witchy and shes messing up something that the family worked hard for. I can see it going downhill if they keep her. I've been shopping with this family for over 20 years and the new lady who claims she owns it has became power struck and is pushing customers away and being rude to them. She had her neice and nefew there (or kids) and they lied and told her I was rude by not saying hello. She came in arguing and taking up for the lying kids. She's so much drama that she even caused issues by calling the board of health on the hairstore off 117th and Lorain.

This is a great beauty supply store with lots of options and everyone that works there is really cool really awesome.

ME N MY GUY ACTUALLY HAD AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE HERE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT FROM EVERYONE ESPECIALLY THE OWNER N HIS WORKERS. THE LADIES WERE AWESOME. I BOUGHT 2 FABULOUS WIGS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM WITH A 5 STAR. I DROVE CHICAGO BUSES FOR 12 YEARS. I KNOW ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE N THEY WERE GREAT. AWESOME STORE

They don't speak when you're coming into their store. I'm really big on costumer service and they lack that. No one asks If you need help. They do have a descent variety of wigs but some are mostly over priced as hell.

I was not at there store today and someone used my card. Beware, they saving card numbers to use at a later date. I was there last week but not today

The employees were friendly, courteous, and professional. Had a huge selection to choose from at reasonable prices. Will definitely be going back again.

If they don't have ur last hope is Amazon. Staff always customer friendly and help. They know what's in ßtock and exactly where it's located. The have a nice assortment of clothes, hats and purses. Oh Yea sunglasses galore.
