I called to ask to make a replacement retainer.because I never been a patient there they could not take a mold my mouth and make me a replacement retainer, Furthermore when I asked the girl a few more questions she hung up on by he secretary Kay.

Highly dissatisfied and disappointing. I called and spoke with Connie, and she kindly explained that Dr. Shabbir Adewalla had passed away. However, his associate is still seeing patients. I booked the appointment for Monday, Nov 20th, at 3 pm. (confirmed the time 3x with Connie).
I checked in at 2: 55 pm.with Kat/Kay at the front desk and completed my forms.
I was escorted into the exam room. I heard several patients come in and out, laughter, and stories from the associate orthodontist.
ONE hour later, 4 pm I walked up to the front desk (passing the Dr. With his feet propped up on his desk checking his cell phone) and stated I had a 3pm appointment, it's now 4pm. The receptionist said yes, you did. I then asked, "Do you normally run one hour late?
Crickets.
I will not be going back, and I don't recommend this office. Dr. ADENWALLA would never have allowed this in his practice.
I took time off from work, wasted fuel, and lost money from work. Unacceptable.

We started with the office nearly 15 years ago and have not regretted our decision to use them for both of our children. The staff is wonderful and easy to deal with. You always feel welcomed and more than just a patient.
Connie is amazing, she has been there every step of the way and even took time to speak in Alyssa’s class.

Out of all the places I went to when doing research on my braces, this place had not only the best reviews by dentists but also patients and had the most reasonable prices.

The main thing that stuck out to me is how clean it is every single time I walk in. The floors are very very well kept and the rest of the office always have a clean smell and everything in order.

The staff is very nice and Connie has been a huge help and very accommodating throughout the process, answers any questions I have on text and gets me in right when I need it.

Im so excited to have my new smile thanks to them! Definitely the place to go especially for first time braces// invsiline users.

The staff are all great, kind, informative, and straightforward about what’s happening and what to expect. They treat you like family and will make sure to take care of you and make you feel comfortable. 10/10 will recommend this place to anyone who needs braces or any Orthodontic work done!

The best orthodontist office in Ohio! The people there are so nice and helpful. Prices are very affordable. The building is always clean. And the workers really know their stuff. Rather it’s the orthodontist or the receptionist, they handle each patient with care.
