200 West Apartments, Fairview Park OH

Very nice neighbors, building is usually always clean, pool is pretty awesome and right next to the back grill patio.

I'm starting my 3rd year here at 200 West. As apartments go, it is one of value. As per the staff, they are a great group of folks that go above and beyond to show they care.

The rental itself was mostly pleasant, but they never gave me back any of my deposit despite hiring professional cleaners to make the apartment re-rentable.prepare for this rental experience to be like a hotel where they overcharge everything, it’s pleasant, but not cost effective. Still extremely concerned I never got my deposit back despite documented evidence that I left the apartment in immaculate condition, I plan to sue in small claims court shortly which is a tragedy to end a relatively good experience until the end.
