5 Really nice looking apartments, however, I was never told the accurate price of the apartment until it came time to sign the lease. I assumed the pricing online was correct, or that if it wasn't that they would draw that to my attention and tell me the correct price before wasting my time. I was told it was my responsibility to ask about the rent (again, even though they advertise the price online - I was told the website has not been updated and they would not honor the price I had been assuming it was this whole time. False advertising.
I was also told I asked a lot of questions - yes, you should be asking questions when you are spending money.
Nice looking apartments - not so nice hospitality. Don't be afraid to ask your questions people, if I didn't I would be paying more than I thought.
Omg! I can’t believe it’s been almost a year! I was the very first one to move into the complex and it has been great since. For the price you get everything you need and want. Management are on top of it. I lived in many places but this by far is my favorite. And probably will stay even longer than I thought. The people around the area a very friendly. It’s a great community. You also have everything you need in the area as well. Close to the highway, close to great shopping and restaurants!
Our experience here has been great! The owners have been awesome from the beginning and easily accessible. Not to mention these units are gorgeous and spacious. I would definitely recommend 32 flats to anyone.
Be aware. I paid the required application fee. It took over a week & half for someone to respond after leaving 3 messages. I was then told they didn't receive my pay stubs & to submit but when I returned call I was then told my credit score was too low. My current rent is way more than this place & I wasn't even asked if I had a co signer. They didn't care I had a major surgery that caused me not to pay credit cards & I had a great rental history from my current landlord
