Super simple and easy! Easy to get set-up online, simple to move-in and move-out, and always pleasant to work with over the phone! Could not have asked for a better experience!

This place is fantastic! The site is very well maintained, easy in and out, and secure. We just bought our Alliance RV and needed a place to store it while we get it set up. We are even able to get our slides out while we're sitting there so we can move stuff in. The prices are great, too. The owners/managers provide stellar service, above and beyond our expectations. I highly recommend this place!

Absolutely loved my experience here only thing that isn’t so convenient is they did not have a on site dumpster

Rented a unit for my Mother with 360 Storage. Randy was very helpful and pleasant guiding me through the process. Their system is very convenient and smooth going when trying to move. The unit is very nice and clean. Highly recommend.

Had a few glitches at beginning but owner, Randy took care of us right away. Loved location and that it was fenced in. May rent again soon.

Randy was super. When I had a problem with spacing he aided in correcting it immediately. I consider this the most secure storage place I have ever seen.

UPDATE:
I moved out of my unit a few weeks ago (I didn't need the space anymore) and Randy reached out the next morning to let me know that he had closed out my account and that auto-billing was stopped. Now that I've rented here for well over a year, I will say that I was happy with the entire experience I had with 360 Storage and Randy, and I would definitely use them in the future. The unit was clean, I never had issues with other tenants, and communication from 360 Storage/Randy was fantastic.

I recently started renting a Storage Unit from 360 Storage, and have nothing but good things to say about them. The owner of the business, Randy, personally called me after I signed my lease online, and then met me there shortly after that to get me into the facility and show me my unit. I've also called him once after that, and he was very nice and helpful.

There's also a very nice website, where you can actually see prices, available units, and rent units. You can also make your payment from there. This was actually a major reason for me renting from Randy, since I don't have to worry about mailing checks or getting my rent in on time.
