4 Wheel Parts - Off Road Truck & Jeep 4x4 Parts, Cleveland OH

I bought airbags and paid to have four wheel parts install them. Four days after I got home the PSI dropped in half and it started throwing a sensor. I took it back and all they did was fill it with air and told me I was good to go. Four days later psi was cut in half again. I took it back again and this time they had the bright idea to check it for leaks. They could not find a leak and told me that they upsell a parts kit that’s better than what came with the firestone kit. They told me they would call me back in a couple of days with a quote and it’s been two weeks and still have not heard from them.they sell subpar parts on their website. I’m tired of dealing with this and just want airbags that function properly

The was the third time I've tried to do business with this shop. It's also the last time. I ordered parts online Saturday night, intending to have my wife pick them up on Monday since the website said they'd be available after 3 the next business day.

On Monday morning I called the store to confirm everything & arrange pickup. Joe, the manager, informed me I'm the only person who can pick up my parts, despite my wife having all the necessary information to prevent fraud. He also told me the parts weren't in stock anyway & wouldn't be available until Wednesday.

I guess I understand restrictive pickup policies, but Joe was completely dismissive & refused to work with me at all. He was also incredibly rude & unprofessional.

I tried to call the corporate office to complain but they haven't returned my call. Apparently lousy customer service is acceptable to this company

I got 4 new brake rotors and pads and 4 new struts installed here in one visit, on a Sat even. They did a great job. Truck feels like it's brand new again. Loved driving the kids to school this week. They even gave my 5 year old a free hot wheels car while I was checking out. Nice guys, and they did a great job on my truck. Thanks

Went into the Cleveland store looking for a new set of tires for my 2013 superduty. They worked with me and got the tires I wanted. They aligned the truck and mounted and balanced the tires for me. The truck drove like a stock truck on over sized tires. Definitely recommend 4 wheel parts

So grateful to have a shop like this nearby. Always helpful and willing to answer all my questions. Nick & his team spotted an area of concern and helped me avoid bigger trouble down the road. Thankful for the concern and of course the new tires, wheels. Will return.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! CALLED ME 15 MIN BEFORE THEY CLOSED TO TELL ME MY ORDER WAS READY. THEN EXPLAINED TO THEM I NEEDED IT BY TODAY AND THAT MY FIANCÉ WOULD PICK IT UP TOMORROW SINCE ITS ALREADY PAID FOR. THEY REFUSED. THE MANAGER STATED THEY CALLED ME LATE YESTERDAY BECAUSE “ THEY WERE SHORT STAFFED AND NEEDED TO WORRY ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS WHO WERE THERE IN PERSON”. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? ! I JUST SPENT $400 WITH YOUR COMPANY, AND THEN YOU HAVE ENOUGH NERVE TO TELL ME I DONT MATTER AS A CUSTOMER? ! I WILL MAKE SURE MY FRIENDS, FAMILY, AND EVERYONE I KNOW, KNOWS TO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY.

Nice place. Good selection and good advice from the service advisor. But I think they're very understaffed and everyone seems just exhausted and frustrated from the front on back. Parts pickup was pretty easy, though and they helped me load everything up. Team gets and A but management needs to get them some help.

I took my 96 F250 to get an alignment and a leaving kit out on, I had purchased the kit online so I already had it and it still coasted me $806 would not recommend

A friend referred me to 4 wheel. They did an awesome job own my lights, and I purchased tires from this company. But their so busy. Which is great! Means they do good Business! But its a lil hard getting your vehicle in after your first time service. I called twice about my lights not working, and I need a tire rotation. I was told twice I would receive a call back. 2weeks later still no call. Its hard to do my job without the proper lighting, and now I'm a couple hundred miles over due for a tire rotation, on a plan I payed for, when I purchased the tires. Great Guys up there, they're just busy. Guess I'll called again today, because my tires are riding a little loud now.

Paid cash for a lift for my truck. In the end they couldn't get my tires. Wanted my money back. 2 months later still haven't received my money. These guys don't seem to know what they're doing. Be careful on returns.

Didn't get anything but OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE, NEEDED INFORMATION ON THE LIFT KIT TIRES AND RIMS.
I wasn't able to get everything I wanted but I'll be back!

Highly recommend this place if you wanna get "LIFTED"
