Very rude and weird I would not recommend going to this place for anything

Long story short, my diesel wouldn't regen on its own. Other businesses near or around richmond indiana wanted ridiculous prices. 503 Diesel gave me a price over the phone, an it was literally 1/5th of the price of quotes from other shops. After fixing my issue, the price stayed the same after completion. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

5 stars because the owner Matt answered the phone, juggled 3 calls at once and told me the bring the diesel Jeep by when able and he would take a look. Everyone else (3 dealers and 2 independents) were booked out a week or more. Obviously Matt is a busy guy but his work ethic is outstanding and he is part of the rare breed of service providers these days who cares. He can multi task and i feel that his work is therefore highly efficient. He test drove the car right away, and is now under the hood on another call with Red Bull drink waiting and diagnosing the issue and already has a suspect glow plug yanked out within a few minutes. I am traveling cross country so just passing through - so not an old customer Or likely a new steady customer. He hasn’t done any quoted work for me yet but he is getting 5 stars for who he is - energetic, caring, competent and for diagnosing my car at a brisk pace wo an appointment. He is hustling for me and it is appreciated. I have not seen this level of effort and service in a long time. If I lived here he would be my mechanic! Will add more if anything changes but so far very impressed. Job completed in record time! What a gem.

Great guys, great service, great prices. Definitely my new local shop.
