Jackie, Jackie, Katelynn, Amanda, And all the wonderful Staff at the Kent Branch of 717 are the kindest, patient, hardest working and Best Staff in Northeast Ohio! It is a true Joy to have my banking done at 717 Kent branch! The staff always brings me to a smile and makes my day better. Constant miscommunication. A barrage of junk mail for their life/limb insurance that doesn't cover even a tad of what you think you're paying for. No longer interested in doing business there. I use a few other financial institutions that offer more and are willing to accommodate their clients. My experience with this company hasn't been the greatest since my husband and I received a nasty call about some name discrepancy on another persons loan application (they accidentally put it under our address instead of the other client, same last name) they demanded we come in immediately to rectify their mistake. We were unable to get there before close and they didn't want to wait the extra 15 minutes. We were out of town the following week but received no less than 5 calls insisting we come in as soon as possible. Their communication about loans is horrible, I applied for one and was denied, then received a check in the mail with a letter saying to come finish the paperwork? So I guess I was actually approved. As soon as that is paid off my business will be moved to a much more accommodating bank.

Worst customer service EVER! I highly suggest visiting, and doing business with another local credit union. I use several in my line of work, and this is by far the worst. Never again will I send a customer through their lending programs

You really need to answer your phones faster. I should be able to contact the bank I do business with without being on hold forever. Also, please fix the mobile deposit problem you have been prone to. People are starting to loose trust in banks and this does not help. I need better service for my rental businesses.

This place is top notch! Recently ran into an unethical issue with my other credit union and decided to go back to where it all started. 717 credit union. Interacted with Brett in commercial lending, who was phenomenal when it comes to taking my call, answering all my questions, and finding a solution for my small business. Amy in underwriting was professional, efficient, honest, and genuine. Anne and Chris in the branch on Route 59 were fantastic to work with when opening my business accounts and when it came time to close on my business loans. I have been a member here for a long time but never worked so closely with the employees there. What a FANTASTIC experience!

717 Credit union put a bunch of people out this weekend because of the updates can't even speak to someone on the phone. Phones are down and even the web app. Very much an inconvenience.

Applying for a loan was painless and very fast! Great communication and quick responses. I can't say enough about the great customer service we received from Austin at the Kent branch! Great experience over all.

I was treated very friendly, and everything was explain to me where I could understand it. When I went into sign the papers, it only took about 15 minutes. I would recommend this for anyone who is looking for a home loan.

I went to 7/17 to get preapproved for an auto loan. I didn't want the hassle of going through the dealership. Austin Reagan with the Kent Branch was wonderful to work with! He was knowledgeable and very friendly. He called to make sure there were no issues and to see if I needed anything else. After I purchased my vehicle (at a much less interest rate than the dealership was offering), he was also able to refinance my RV for almost 0.25% less! Very happy to keep my business local, and I love that "customer service" is still at the forefront with 7/17!
