16 Called yesterday afternoon @4: 07 pm and toll free picked up and indicated that all representatives were busy, waited 7 minutes, no response. Found mortgage loan department number on line and called spoke with (Ruth) and she transferred me to mortgage, Cindy Decluadio, explained had questions about escrow account, she indicated that this was the first time seeing this documentation and put me on hold for 17 minutes, came back and asked for number to call back @ 9: 00 am tomorrow morning.
No call this morning and tried 800 number which indicated everyone busy and called (Ruth) again and she transferred me to Cindy’s phone which went to voicemail and left message, @ 9: 27 am Taylor called and apologized for Cindy’s lack of integrity and answered my questions. Thank Goodness for Ruth and Taylor.

I miss 7/17 credit union. They were a great bank. Good rates and allowed you to skip two payments a year. Adds on to the life of the loan, but it can surely help.
The new phone number doesn't work, I've left messages and email for a week while on vacation no response. There are no options to speak to anyone regarding checking or savings accounts. The local number also is no longer working.
Had a joint account with 717 for over 20 years. Never missed a house payment ever but was harassed by T-d. My wife went through so much abuse from them. I am sure if you have millions in their bank, you are treated differently! Can't reiterate again the abuse we endured! They don't want to deal with customers that have had bumps in their life! No compassion! Don't go by stars, investigate before you deal with anyone. All our accounts are now at a different bank! Thank God!
Impossible to contact, and the recording that finally makes you throw your phone keeps telling you how great their new system is, while it keeps getting interrupted by a second recording thanking you for your patience. A few top execs should lose their jobs over this, and have to pay extra compensation to the poor employees who have to take abuse from angry customers because of this foolishness. I know they have actual employees at the branches.
Good service and easy to reach UNTIL they decided to be “more efficient” and have ONE number for all contacts and now you have to wait on hold for 30 minutes to talk to someone.wouldn’t recommend.
The new user friendly toll free line hangs up on you instead of getting you to a bank representative. I will be switching to asecu today. You guys were a great bank now your are just too big and too corporate.
Horrible customer business banking practices. I will be switching all my banking from them.
Edit: Due to the the response from the "owner" of 717 I will be closing all my accounts over the next 6 months. It will be a process because I have business accounts too. A bank should never have that much power over hard earned money no matter what conversion they are doing. It was very bad practice and I don't think its smart to continue with a credit union that normalizes complete shut down for days at a time.
I dont believe I will go anywhere else to get what I need, they helped where no one else would

Gee you Replaced People with Stupid Machine, No Drive Thru Its Machines. I tried 3 of Those Machine, They spit my Money back out and said we cant do this transaction at this Time. IM SO NOT HAPPY. When Do machine Replace Human Jobs NOT! Cant even walk in on a Saturday to deposit cash. Maybe i need to go back To Chase
My overall experience was great. I left 7 17 feeling like I made the right choice to bank there. LaMar Freeman played a crucial part in making my experience there as quick and easy as possible. We got through three different items and I was given regular updates on the two that needed them until they were fully resolved. I would highly recommend banking with 7 17.
DO NOT TAKE A LOAN FROM THESE CROOKS! I took a small loan to get my son a 4wheeler and was able to pay it off early. They charged me $$150 early pay off, which was about 25% of the original loan. Then they wanted to charge me late fees on the other few, when they are the ones who told me how much to pay on the loan for it not to be late (after it was already paid off). Then they require you to go into a branch to pay it off and will charge you weekly if you do not. Shame on you thieves!
This is the second time we have financed with 717. We dealt with Aaron Frank and he was great! So knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant to work with!
