3Such a great workout! It’s high intensity if you want it to be in a short time.the whole place is so clean and the owner is so nice!
Sean and Rikki are great people to take over a great place. The workouts are intense and can be taken at your own pace. Having a trainer there as a motivator and a coach makes it even more worth it. 100% would recommend for all ages as somebody who's moderately in shape and younger these workouts have me in a pool of sweat after each one! Sign up for a try out it can't hurt to try!
Now they have new owners. I signed up for a 1 year membership. I called in July, more than 30 days before the last payment was due and the old owner Steve didn't cancel my membership. I called about my last payment and the new owner said there's a 30 day policy so there's nothing he could do to change it and now I'm being charged yet another $136. No good business at all. Just thought I would vent and let you know not to sign anything from them as they are truly unprofessional- if I did that in my business, I would have mutiny. BEWARE!
