This garage is always under some type of construction! I have paid monthly to park here for almost a full year there is ALWAYS something wrong/negative happening. Wish I would have stuck to the 11th Avenue garage for my monthly parking services.

The garage itself is pretty good, if you're 3rd shift. I usually find decent parking. However, campusparc is terrible. People wait and stall traffic to get your spot. I imagine finding daytime parking is a nightmare.

Always full during daylight hours, under construction, issues with traffic during football games and shift change at the medical campus.
