A-1 Mr. Limo, Wickliffe OH

We’ve had the luxury of using their service twice in a month. Totally pleased. Buses are top notch, driver was extremely professional and excellent when there were sudden plan changes.
Will use again without question.

OMG this company, Sets the bar for customer service. S/O to Cathy and Ramone our driver. Cathy made the entire booking and purchasing experience so easy. Ramone BEST BEST driver EVER. I am smiling from ear to ear just writing this. So i planned a birthday party for my daughert and the stress alone planning a party will want you to tear your hair out. Cathy and Ramone made this event run smoothly. So i just want to say thank you for everything and the bus beautful and clean. And also while on the bus the adhere to the Covid regualtions very clean. Love this company. Best i recommend this to anybody and everyone. I will be booking them for my birthday and my moms birthday. See you guys soon. We want Ramone again btw:)

A1 Limo elevated our wedding day experience and was flawless. Our chauffeur, Reese, was the MAN! He reached out a day in advance to provide his information, answered any questions, arrived 25 mins early, was incredibly kind, personable and provided increasingly exceptional service throughout the entire day. It was raining on our wedding day and the limo driver always made sure the bridal party was covered when entering and exiting the limo. They even assisted in the photos by ensuring everyone was dry. The limo was great, clean, and very fun. I would recommend anyone who is looking for top care to look at A-1 Mr. Limo.

Very professional outfit to do business with. They are always on top of every detail and their vehicles are Immaculate. Love the personal touches like having your driver call the day before to introduce themselves and go over the details for your trip. Highly recommend.

I would absolutely recommend A-1 Mr Limo! Our driver Phillip was amazing for our wedding day! He was right on time and willing to help with anything- even taking a trip to Lowe's for emergency ceremony equipment and helping encourage the flower girl down the aisle! Phillip also made sure we got our guests safely to the hotel at the end of the night.

Great company to work with and make our wedding day extra special. We rented the Ultra bus and Ray was our driver. Ray was fantastic! So friendly and accommodating. He went above and beyond.
