So this man is absolutely horrible, never fixed the problem and left my sink drain disconnected for 3 days! Do not recommend, completely unprofessional, and started ghosting our calls! DO NOT USE THIS MAN

Came and put in a trap on pipe in basement…. Said he had to come back next day to repair something else. He also asked if he could take our plumbing snake! Never came back and hasn’t returned multiple phone calls!

A-1 agreed an emergency plumbing job dispatched through my home warranty company, then told me 1) the earliest appt is +2 weeks. 2) Its the cities responsibility proclaiming "20 years of exp, " and refused to schedule. I called the city, A-1 wrong again. Everyone's time wasted. A-1 = selfish, arrogant, and learned little across "20 years of exp. "

Not professional at all could do better like call you if he is goi g to late or not at all come on we have lives 2 instead of waiting 4 hours with no call back come on

Dan is a very good and nice plumber. He came out the day I called him for no extra fee and did whatever it took to get my drains cleared. Great pricing but if he asks you to text him, make sure to get his "new" phone number.
