A & A New & Used Tires, Cincinnati OH

Great place. Twice now in the past year I've got a flat on two different vehicles in horrible weather conditions. Once in the snow, and today in hard rain. These guys had me in and out in less than 10 minutes both times. Great friendly crew.

They charge new tire prices for a used tire.you'll get a nail driving into the parking lot And they will try to rip you off like they just did me. I wasn't playing It 60$ for a used tire when you can get a new one at Walmart for that or less buyer beware

Trash used tires. Got one and less then 2 weeks going flat they won't replace or work with you

Called this place they said they had my tires took my tires off and they put on the wrong size Tried to tell me there was something wrong with my car been waiting for two hours I will not come here again

Called to find a tire.told me he had size.asked how many.said 1 if it is a Goodyear Eagle Sport.he said yes I have it. 1 or 2. I said 1 if it is a Goodyear Eagle. He said yes yes I have it here.asked date code.he said it is used. I said it is on the tire.he said no I don't have and hung up.

Whewww where do I start.
The initial customer service was great they were quick and friendly.once I returned with a issue. Totally different attitude! The ones who don't speak much English remained nice and calm. Anyway. My front tires were extremely worn, I called around to the places that were opened at the time, with this being 1 of them and they happened to be the closest. My tires are 300 a piece if I were to buy them new so I tried to take a cheaper route! NEVER AGAIN! As they bolted my tires back it sounded as if he was going to strip the bolt. I kept saying aight that's enough! Fast forward I leave and hit the Eway and my car is swerving all over the place! I missed work, came back and they said there is nothing wrong. I know cars, most importantly i know my car and I know when something ain't right. So I got the tires inspected. Each tire had a different psi 43,99,35, and 34.they were trying to kill me I guess idk. They were the ones that told me to take it to another place and then bring it back if it's something that's wrong on their part. Long story short midas fixed it! A&A's solution was to rotate them What a headache! Just go somewhere else!

Friendly and quick service. Have been coming here for years and would recommend for quality tires and service.

Very reasonable always got my size very fast and efficient he even showed me how to tell if my tire was bad good guys for sure hard working thanks a bunch!

I was stuck and needed a jump they was nice and helped me even promised for a discount if i come and get a tire! Wonderful people!

Quick service, friendly staff, great price and quality used tires. This is my second time here. I will be back.

Honest people I needed a tire and they was honest telling me I only need a plug charge 15$ quick fast and they sure is friendly and funny

Pulled in unannounced with a busted belt and he got a new tire on for me quickly and at a good price.

Terrible. Rude. Talking back to women. Unprofessional. Had a flat and tried to charge extra to take nails off. No set prices just giving random prices.

Your tires can be getting old change every season after the winter. During and before causes more problem wait until the weather gets better.
