My son had been looking for a vehicle for a few months. He found a 2013 Infinity G37 at A+ Auto, so he started working with Alex. I went with Cody to test drive the car on Saturday. It was beautiful inside and out, and ran well. Alex was very professional and helpful. He worked with my son on numbers and Cody was able to drive away with a new to him vehicle. I just bought a 2015 Toyota venza. It was extremely clean and looked new all around. Alex was very friendly and helped us out and answered all questions. Paperwork went fairly quickly and he even gave me a couple days to bring in the down payment but I still got to drive the car home that day which you won't find at big name dealership. Had quite the selection for a small dealership. I'm happy with my new car.

Alex and his wife were excellent to work with. The cars on his lot are low mileage and in great shape. We drove over 250 miles from Michigan to test drive a car and loved it. Even though we didn't have an appt and went in with little notice they gave us 100% of their attention. Alex made sure that we were leaving with the best rate we could get and offered great bumper to bumper coverage. We will continue to browse his website knowing our family will need to replace our second vehicle soon!

Overall, awesome experience with Karina and Alex. I had recently been in an accident where my car was totaled. I really liked my car and despite getting a decent insurance payout, looked around to see if I could replace my exact same car as opposed to buying new… I was visiting out of state and saw my car on their website. I stopped by without calling and after seeing a car in even better condition than my old car, stopped in the office. Karina took me to Enterprise to see if I could leave my rental and Jacqui at Enterprise confirmed I could. I came to the office and Alex hooked me up (good credit and a decent down payment probably helped a tid bit). Despite excellent credit (850+), the original interest rate offered by Capital One was not great. Alex called Capital One and got them to lower the rate by more than a percentage point to make it more competitive with the rate being offered by my credit union (PenFed). Overall, excellent service. When I am in the market for a used car again, I will come see Alex and Karina.
