A Better Drain, Columbus OH

My drains have never been cleaner! 10/10 would definitely recommend to anyone! Thank you guys

If you plan to use this company I would think twice. You might want to even look him up on the better business bureau website. He has multiple complaints. He has two Facebook pages. He has a long felony wrap sheet. I should have looked more into this business before I used it. Also the address on this business is for the Kroger gas station. He changed it after he finished the job I hired him to do.
I had a leaking pipe so I was calling around trying to find plumbers when I came across this company. I called and he could come out that day. What a relief I was thinking. He comes out quoted me what seemed to be a reasonable price. I hire stacy to “fix” my leaking pipe. I go in to another room while he claims to be fixing my pipe. A few hours go by and he claims to have finished the job. I pay him and he leaves. I did not think I had to check a grown man’s job before he left. (I was completely wrong you should always check it) I go in after he leaves and my floor is completely soaked. I figured he just didn’t clean up the water from fixing the pipes. I go and put a towel down and come back and my floor and towel are soaked. I then check the pipe to see if he fixed it. HE IN FACT DID NOT FIX MY LEAKING PIPE. It was leaking way worse than it was before. My pipe had a slow dripping leak now he had made it squirt out water constantly. I then reach out to him and let him know about this. He claims he will come tomorrow his mother in law just died. That was perfectly fine. The next day comes I then call him he turns his phones off. I wait around all day for him to show up. He doesn’t not show nor does he call me. He completely ignores me. I call off of a different number and it rings and he calls back in an hour. I then just give up on him and have to call another Plummer to come out and fix my leaking pipe he made worse. I then find out he broke my main water shut off plate. I had to double pay because he couldn’t do the job I paid him for and broke my pipe and Main water shut off plate. Not to mention he didn’t even tell me he broke it. I had to keep my water off for a week. I could only turn it on for long enough to do a few things. Keep in mind I have a 5 month old. Living without water was really really hard even though it was only for a week. Not to mention the whole time he was at my house he kept trying to leave to go do what he claimed to be another job in the area and he will come back. I of course told him I would appreciate it if you fixed my leak first since he was already here.

Don't mess with this company they are crooks ripped my mom off for 29000 and didn't finish the job he is a very crooked guy
