This is the best dry cleaner I have ever used! They are always professional, courteous, and my clothes come out perfectly every time.

My son got married in FL in November, so I had 5 white shirts (for my 5 sons) to take and keep looking finely pressed. Greg packaged them like he would for a traveling business person and they weren't wrinkled a bit after traveling in the car 12 hours. When we got home, they picked up the 5 suits and shirts, cleaned them and delivered them back to my house for the cheapest price in town. Anyone who doesn't use A+ is wasting their time and money! Twice they have returned a shirt worse off then when they received it for cleaning. Either time they aren’t apologetic. Owner or some higher level employee was present and couldn’t care less. Suprise at the rating they have with Service like this. This was a brand new shirt! The nerve to blame the product over their service should say a lot! Again, this is the second shirt to have come back with stains that were not on them when submitted.

They helped me with some last minute things for a wedding. I’ll never go anywhere else, they’ve got a customer for life!

I have been an A+ Cleaners customer since 2015. My loyalty started with them when they were located on Wilmington Pike, then I followed them to Dorothy Lane, and now I take my clothes to the Centerville location. A+ Cleaners has the best prices in town and they keep my clothes looking like new. The customer service has been consistently superior from location to location. I trust A+ Cleaners completely and I am never disappointed!

The service is friendlier, the prices are cheaper and the location is cleaner than the local competitor. We used them several times, and they did a very good job. One of our shirts did get lost, but thankfully the owner found it. It just took some time to locate. I am very happy now that they made it right with us, and we will be back!

Strong chemical smell in suits. Trying to air them out, but not sure if it will work. Don't recommend!

Disappointed with the increase in pricing, and the decrease in customer service at this cleaners. Have made a choice not to patronize this company's locations any more due to the last two conversations I had with the employee working both evenings I visited.

WILL NEVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN. Took 1 dress work shirt in on Tuesday morning and when I went in Thursday afternoon they couldn't find it. Finally found it after almost 30 minutes mixed in with comforters and the shirt was more wrinkled then when I dropped it off, they offered to press it but wouldn't be ready till friday. While I was waiting 2 customers dropped off things and they told them they be ready next day. The employee couldn't not answer why I had to wait 2 day and customers just dropping had 24 hour service.

Love this dry cleaner. They always do an excellent job and the prices are lower than any other cleaners in the area. I cant recommend therm enough!

Avoid this cleaners at all costs! They have now LOST three pairs of my pants. The first two they admitted fault and reimbursed the cost. For these first two, A+ Dry Cleaner swapped my pants with another customer's pants. They could never find mine, but the other customers were happy to have back their pants that I brought in. The third pair it seems an employee took the brand new designer pants I brought in, and tagged in their place a pair of worn, frayed pants that look like they came from Goodwill. Just wanted to let as many people as possible know so the same doesn't happen to you! This happened at their Sugarcreek location near the new Best Buy, however all cleaning is done in Centerville so avoid them both.

We went to pick up ten items we sent for dry cleaning. One of the items, a wool scarf, had not been cleaned because they claimed it had some kind of "eggs" on it, which they assumed were bed bug eggs! (Of course, bed bug eggs are too small to be seen with the naked eye.) These turned out to be "clothes moth" eggs- I would think not all that unusual for wool garments stored for a long period of time. The girls that work here are ignorant and offensive. I'll be taking my business elsewhere, and recommend others do the same.
