A Diamond in the Ruff, Baltimore OH

Diamond in the Ruff always does an amazing job on our Sheepadoodle! We never have to worry dropping him off. He loves going there and playing with other dogs. He always comes home super soft and smelling so good! We get compliments on his groom everywhere we go:)

Jana and her crew are the best I have a Shih tzu Pom mix and had him to several groomers in my area before finding Jana and he loves his visits to be groomed now! I also take my boxer lab mix to have a spa day, bath, nails & teeth he also loves his spa days! Tucker &Sam will be with Jana forever!

Jana and her staff are INCREDIBLE. They always put the well being of the animals first. They LOVE every dog that walks in. The quality of work is fantastic and everyone has a bond with each and every dog that come through their door.

We have followed Miss Jana for 2 locations…there is no one we would trust our furbabies to than her! She is superb with both big and small, Pyrenees to Pomeranian… all our doggies love this lady! Excellent grooming, location and person!

I have a spoiled 117 Rottweiler and have taken her to several places to be groomed in the past. We began going to A Diamond in the Ruff shortly after Jana opened the business. We couldn't be happier. We have finally found an amazing groomer and her staff is awesome!
No one has ever been able to trim my girls toe nails with much success. I use to have to take her to the vet and have 3 people lay on her. It was extremely stressful. Not only can Jana trim her toe nails, she is even able to use the Dremel tool on them. It is unbelievable, she would never let anyone do this before.
I feel that the service I receive is an amazing value and my big Girl Ayla is so much happier!

Jana is the only person I have taken my dog to and is the only person I will ever use to groom my dog. She is the best and takes fantastic care of him! If you’re looking for a groomer, she’s the one to use.

A Diamond in the Ruff is clean, friendly, and the absolute best place for our “kids”! They are loved as their own and cared for so kindly. If we mention taking the dogs to get groomed, they bark and whine the entire car ride, so excited to be there! They do an amazing job grooming and get socializing with other dogs while they are there. They are never just stuck in a crate!

Jana and her staff are beyond amazing! She has groomed our crazy crazy doodle since he was little and trust me he is not an easy client He is wild man times 20 and he seriously cries when we get close to her shop as he can’t wait to get there and then runs and pulls to the door. My older doodles also love going! She and her staff are amazing animals lovers and the absolute best for any breed or any disposition (including the scared, timid ones as well as I also have that in my mini zoo ️) You won’t be disappointed ️

Jana is amazing! She is so caring and treats the dogs so well. She is very responsive when trying to book an appointment and figure out what you’d like done for your dog. I will always recommend her when people are looking for a groomer!

I have 2 dogs, a goldendoodle and a wheaten terrier. I've always had to take them to petsmart because they are the only place that offers an express grooming service where the dogs aren't sitting in kennels all day between grooms. Then I found this AMAZING place! They can hang out, play with the other dogs while they wait and NO KENNELS! (Unless you would prefer that!) I was able to get both of my pups in within 2 days and couldn't be happier with our experience! They both look amazing and walk in with tails wagging rather than me pulling them In. I highly recommend this place over all others I have used:)
