4I just made a phone call for an update on the shipment and he asked my name. Which I gave to him then claimed he didn’t have anything for me. Then asked for my address which I didn’t feel was necessary so he decided to start arguing with me. Before I could provide a tracking number he found it and gave me the information I asked for. Just to be clear I had to argue for about 10 minutes because I didn’t feel it was appropriate to give out CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION. Awful employee but I’m not sure about the entire company!
Zack was very easy to deal with in helping set up my first experience with a trucking company. Would highly recommend this company and use them again. The terminal in Elkhart, Indiana was very nice and clean, and staff there was also was willing to go out of there way to assist you. Thank you all!

I was a truck driver fror them 2018 to 2022 dec 22. The manager harassed me and targeted me as a black man for 4 years. He Reporter false allegations of me to HR the company fired him, but my filed stay active.do to this I made a mistake in hook to the wrong trailer.the company fired me. This punishment only supposed to be 1 day off not termination. This company discriminate. Black!
Ps. I had talk to CEO of company many times in he himself said that there were a lot of things that I was punished for was not right. But he still gave the ok to fired me. That a lot great leadership
