A Puff Above, North Olmsted OH

I went to puff above and at first it was friendly and very helpful but I had issue with my nord and customer service was not an issue with him the owner he was persistent and did not want to try to work with me come to find out I over paid for the nord and the refill tip so I took my business elsewhere I am glad I did never will I waste my time and go there again.

He doesn’t deserve no stars lousy service, very rude, over price, take his selections somewhere else I have never seen prices so high. In the plaza down the street u can get cheeper and better product that works. Waste of money and time never will I go there again.

Their cigars are very questionable. I saw at least 5 with mold. Very unorganized humidor, shame to see those beautiful cigars not being cared for. Walked in excited to view selection, walked out empty handed and disappointed.

A great place to go if you need a little info on new ways to smoke The guy who took care of us was so genuinely helpful, I got goosebumps! Seriously had goosebumps when leaving. Good goosebumps!

One of the best smoke shop in the area. They offer a big selection, very good prices and great customer services. Over all love this place.

Bought a vape from there as a gift for someone. I didn’t know they already had one so I took it back to them the same day to return it. The guy was really rude and said he cannot return it. Also be aware he is very expensive on his products found what I bought half the price online.

Staff was very helpful and nice, sold me an amazing piece and was able to give me a great deal, so happy with my experience there!

Horrible store for vape stuff, had a selection of 5 vapes and that was it! Overpriced and cheaply made vapes also.more of a hooka store. Beautiful hookahs from what I could see. But do not say you carry vapes if you only have like 5 vapes to choose from! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.

Awesome selection and prices got there right before close still amazing and very courteous service, great cigar selection as well. The best part was they carry one of my favorite brands of vape juice Space jam! Definitely going back!

Walk in humidor looked promising for an out of towner looking for a late night smoke. Unfortunately everything in there was covered in a white powdery mold. Staff was friendly though. What I get for not going to a dedicated cigar shop. Shrug.

I love this place, very friendly, affordable, great products. The people who work their are actual human beings and they understand the concept we are all brothers and sisters. A great shop.

If you’re going to find a cigar.don’t. Wasted 22 bucks on 2 moldy cigars. Not plume, definitely mold. Not sure about the rest of their business but definitely avoid going into their humidor

Nice store with decent cigar selection in a pinch. Phone number doesn’t seem to be working so I almost didn’t come.

Great place for your hookah/shisha needs as well as other smoking options. Excellent selection and knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Best hookah prices I seen in the Cuyahoga area. I wish they would get some Haze flavors. But can't complain. Great hookahs and well priced. Bought 2 hookahs and took my friend to buy his first hookah. Great place for hookah smokers. They sale vape stuff it looks like quality stuff.

Great place to buy vape products. Also offers wide varietys of pipe and tobacco products. Hookahs are available, & cigars are also available. Getting to A Puff Above's parking lot is a little complicated due to a narrow road. Overall this place offers great products and customer service!

BY FAR the best place ever. Period. Has the selection and low pricing of shops in Dearborn Michigan.

I only go here now for all my needs even tho it's 30 mins out of the way, worth the trip.
