Where do I start! I contacted Rain seeking a space to host a Pop Up shop for Mothers Day. Rain was so warm, welcoming and professional with helping me. As a full-time student and working a 9-5 my schedule and availability can be hectic but Rain made herself available to me every time I called and text her. A business woman who runs an entire shop and has a life of her own made time for me and my start up business to host my very FIRST pop-up shop. That's amazing to me. Rain helped me set a date and time and use the shop space to host. Upon meeting her she is so sweet and about her business. When it was all said and done I went to Rain and asked her how much would my fee be for allowing me to host and she said "Nothing, its on the house". (Insert hand over mouth shocking emoji here). I was floored! Which is why I am writing this review. I'm a bit late but Rain thank you so much for allowing me to host my first pop-up shop it is greatly appreciated! I highly recommend doing business with Rain and reaching out to her for your business endeavors! Peace and blessings!

Jamouree did my mani-pedi today and my hands and feet look spectacular. She repaired a nail and you can't even tell where it was cracked.

Jasmine was professional informative she asked before she did anything and everything was excellent. If you want an excellent experience like u had ask for jasmine. A spa day at rain is candy for the spirit.

Everybody was very professional we had a crisis going on somebody had backed out of one of my friends weddings for doing her nails we came in there and told them the situation and they handled it immediately got us in and out without any hassles and within an hour I’m so thankful and grateful on to them because they save my friends wedding so she could look spectacular at her event thank you to the whole team

This was my first time going to a black owned nail salon and I was kind of disappointed. I paid 86 dollars for a “deluxe” pedicure, but in all honesty it was pretty basic. My toe nails were cut unevenly, the gel polish was not all the way dry and it started smearing. I’m not upset about the price they were charging because I love supporting black owned businesses, but the quality of the work was overall disappointing.

Thee absolute best experience EVER. I came here prior to a photo shoot and received top notch nail care. The nail technicians here are very personable and friendly which made my experience even more relaxing.

Had a great experience. We walked in and they took care of us quickly. I got a gel spa pedicure and my friend got a full set. I'm normally ticklish but Ashley had great technique and I wasn't ticklish at all. I loved the color and my toes looked great! Everyone in the store is friendly and professional.

So I got my pedi done it was fantastic but I guess they was short staffed and the owners husband idk or something was doing my nails he shaped them wrong he took a very very very long time and it was just.an experience I always love a touch of rain but if I go back which I wouldn't or anyone who would don't go to the middle aged man who keep saying "blessings all the time " like I wasted almost 200.00 and gave them a tip as well and the owner trying to hype him up like my nails look bad bad he could of said can anyone do the nails I gave him a picture of couldn't even do that like almost 3 hours on my nails for it too look like that at the picture below -_- I really just want my money back

Rain is one of the most experienced nail techs in Cleveland! Her shop is where I’ve gone for nearly 5 years with no issues! Always professional, timely, and good service! One of the best black-owned salons in Cleveland!
