Very nice guy. We locked ourselves out of our semi truck, and he came right to us and got us back on the rd. I love his little dog daisy duke.

Jay was extremely responsive, professional and went above and beyond to help us out when we were out of town and accidentally locked our pet sitter out of the house. He carefully picked the lock to gain entry through our side door so he could get the spare keys and was nice enough to drop them in the pet sitters mailbox. He is reasonably priced and a pleasure to work with. He saved us a tremendous amount of time and money. Would highly recommend!

We had an issue getting into our sons new home and called A-Tri-County Lock, what a stroke of good fortune on a Sunday. The locksmith let us know when to expect him and not only came 27 miles but showed up when he said he would. He was very polite, professional, and eager to solve our problem without up-selling or us having a bigger job on our hands. I have no reservation with recommending A-Tri-County Lock, you will be thankful you did as we were.

I needed help on a Saturday and I called there was an immediate response time. My service man arrived within 30 minutes! He was knowledgeable, very helpful and got the job done successfully. I would highly recommend this service professional.

Jay came my residue tonight. Had my power knocked out by the guys that pressure washed my condo and I did not have a working key to my front door with me because my daughter had it and since my power was out, my garage door opener wouldn’t work! Jay came, knew exactly what to do and now I can get to my medication by midnight. Excellent work, very professional, courteous and clean!

I’ve had to call Jay a few different times and he always comes as soon as possible with the best service. He’s so very helpful, kind, efficient, and fair. Hopefully it won’t be necessary but if I find myself in need of help again he’s absolutely the first person I’m calling.

Whether it’s rain or shine, day or night you can depend on A-tri. I got Locked out of my car at 1am at a festival they managed to get us in under 5 minutes for a reasonable price. Would highly recommend the service to anyone in the Ohio area. They really go above and beyond.
