AAA Appliance Services Inc, Elyria OH

This morning I received a phone call at about 8: 09, from the tech, that he would be on his way in about an hour. I told the gentleman that I was dropping off my kids and it would be closer or after 9: 00 before I could get back home. He said okay. When I arrived home at 9: 05 there was a tag on my door that said sorry we missed you. Please call the reschedule.

When I called the dispatcher to see if the technician could come back and explain the situation, she placed me on a brief hold to contact the tech. After a moment, she returned on the phone and told me the technician had already said to reschedule for another day, at 9: 13. So obviously nobody in that company ever had kids and needed to be flexible sometimes with appointment times or maybe they have every minute planned out without exceptions; or they enjoy stringing customers along and giving people the runaround.

I'm canceling my claim from my insurance company with them and asking for another company, because they ONLY take service calls between Tuesday and Thursday with no Mondays or Fridays; yet their hours of operation states Monday through Friday.

I guess the technician had better things to do.

I do NOT recommend this company.

My dryer stopped heating in the middle of a load. Ugh. AAA is my neighborhood appliance repair shop. I've used them before and highly recommend! Quality service above all! Not only did the heating element get fixed but I needed new dryer drum pads and now my light works again! Forgot I had one! Above and beyond!

Chuck at AAA Appliance is great! He does amazing work and is very thorough. They are prompt with returning calls, provide excellent customer service and educates the customer during the process. I highly recommend AAA Appliance!

Charming repairman with NO KNOWLEDGE.
Laughed at & told I'm imagining humming sound. Yet my friends hear it, and I am totally annoyed by the disruptive sound.
$80 later.

I wouldn't recommend these people. They called me at 830am to tell me they would be at my rental unit around 11, I tell them I need 20-30 minutes notice as I don't occupy the premises. They call me at 942 and leave a message stating they are on their way. I text them at 950 That I will be there in about 10 minutes. I show up at 10: 05 and nobody is there. I call 3 times and wait 25 minutes and still nobody shows. Then around 11 the serviceman calls and says he showed up and nobody was home. Lol, I told him I texted and called and he never responded. He says he has a flip phone that can't take messages and doesn't work while he is in his truck. When I asked why he didn't called me when he supposedly was there and he said we can reschedule for another day. Unreal.

The negative reviews have to be from people named Karen or Kyle. This guy was great, came out, charged me for the service call and said it's not worth the fix. He then told me everything to stay away from when purchasing new ones. He let me know my dryer was on the way out as well and he didn't need to.

Had appointment for Monday 8/23 to have dishwasher repaired, got a call on Friday 8/20 and asked if they could come the next day, on saturday, during weekend, i told them no i had plans, but if Monday was a bad day, i am home during the day and could be flexible but please give me 24 hr notice so i could schedule my appointments out appropriately. I didn't receive a phone call from AAA Appliance all week, and after calling today, i was told i refused their appointment time (on a weekend that we are not home) so when asked to schedule again, they wanted to schedule during Labor Day Weekend, i said no thanks unless you can give me an early time on Friday morning.i was told i was was not being flexible, or accommodating. They would cancel my appointment and i would have to call GE to find another servicer. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND. I Will go out of my way to ensure no one I know uses this business, ever!

Bought a Frigidaire refrigerator for my elderly parents from Lowes that utilizes AAA's service. AAA attempted to repair twice with no success.
I asked for another service repair company but unfortunately, AAA called me back. The initial woman I spoke with was extremely pleasant and helpful, but the second woman that called me back after that was rude and hung up on me. Some customer service, showed up twice and couldn't repair and then she hangs up, real professional outfit. Would not recommend.

Still have not received or heard back from them about our product. Called and asked the receptionist how things were coming along and she said she would get back with me well it's been 5 days and no response and they have had my product almost 2 weeks. So I am not happy

Completed unprofessional…never showed up to the appointment. Don’t use this company. When I called back the nasty manager told me the next appointment that they missed would be there in a MONTH!
