The driver was prompt and let us know when he was on his was. He was also very helpful when he arrived!

When I left the AAA office I was not satisfied, she was a little accommodating but her demeanor was not friendly. Made me feel like I was imposing three stars is being generous

My wife and I stopped to help an elderly lady who drove into a ditch. She tried to use her AAA service and was told because she pays extra for “Premium”, that she would be the next tow and it would be 30 minutes. 2 hours later we were told there wasn’t anyone available in the area and that we needed to call another tow company and would be reimbursed. What is the purpose of having AAA if they don’t do anything? Even the cop said AAA is awful and hates dealing with them on a daily basis. I will never use this service. They let a 74 year old woman sit on the side of the road and said “too bad”.

Chelsea, at the North Canton AAA, was so helpful and courteous. She presented me with a few options of what I wanted to do. She was knowledgeable and offered advice for my trip. I had a very good experience with this office.

I was very pleased with my visit to AAA Canton. The worker at the front desk was polite, friendly and efficient. I stopped by to pick up books and maps for future travel. This is one of the most important parts of my membership. The books, unlike digital and internet searches, have allowed me to learn about unusual places and the histories of small towns along my routes that I would otherwise have known nothing about. I like to travel back roads and my internet maps often cannot be reached along the way due to poor service in many areas. Having maps and books on hand have saved me a lot of grief! We are fortunate to have the AAA office so nearby!

No personal transportation from towing site- people are more important than the vehicles- Covid or no Covid!

Horrible service. I have a 97 year old man waiting in the parking lot for a tow. Hes been waiting for over 90 minutes and has been told at least three times that someone would be here and they havent shown up and now its past 6: 00. Seems to me you need to get a new tow truck providing service and at a minimum consider the age of your members!: (

I would have rated 5 star but no one responded to a previous call. I believe they were short staffed.

They left me stranded on the side of the road in 100+ degree heat saying I was not covered when I clearly was. As a "courtesy" they offered to call a tow truck for me if I paid 100% out of pocket for the tow. After hours of arguing after the fact, they finally realized that I was entitled and re-funded me for the tow 3 months later. The reason for the mistake "the agent got confused looking at your status in the system when you made the trouble call".

By far the worse service. Left us stranded for 2 hours after we called and continued to lie and say they were ten minutes away. Never again.

Great, fast service. Needed pesos for an upcoming trip, AAA obtained then quickly and there's no fee if you buy $200 or more.

I used aaa for 30 years now and they're service and staff are very professional, friendly and educational when it comes to car service and beyond.

I had to call club in Canton Ohio for tow service. I have been waiting for over 2 hours. Just got a call in other 10 minutes.
Going from Exit 191 Faircrest St to Waikem Hyundia. VERY DISAPPOINTED. And the journey is not over yet.
