Robyn really has helped me with a trip planned last December which COVID-19 has now jeopardized. So thankful to have someone to help at this late date.

If we could give ZERO stars we would. My wife is going on an Alaska cruise with our daughter, son in law, and 2 grandkids (who live in Indian Hill, OH) Our son in law made all the arrangements. Brittany the agent at AAA -Kenwood called my wife in Sept (2015) to finalize my wife's portion of the trip. At that time she asked if my wife wanted trip insurance and my wife said yes.but at NO TIME did Brittany give her any cost numbers for the travel insurance or the different plans available. We got the American Express bill and saw we were charged $906 for trip insurance (for one person) for a $6+K trip. We travel quite a bit and have never paid anywhere close to $906 for travel insurance. I called Brittany to have her take the $906 off our trip and we would get travel insurance elsewhere. Brittany basically told me to take a hike and it was a done deal. After talking with our daughter we found out she and her husband (both are late 40's adults) were charged $429 each for travel insurance.and my wife who's 65 was charged over twice as much as the younger adults. If you are planning on using this travel agency make sure you get ALL the costs down before finalizing your trip as you will get NO HELP if there's a problem, especially if you're a senior. I am fighting them now for a refund but so far I've had no success as they are denying everything. I've asked for documentation showing that my wife IN WRITING was shown the cost for travel insurance but they can't come up with anything because it doesn't exist. Had she been told the charge was $906 she would have NEVER agreed. It's a well known fact that travel insurance is a money maker for the agency. So when personal gain comes into play this is what happens. Travelers, be ware of this agency.
