7 They replaced our pump in Septic system 2 times in 3 years and they replaced the timer 4 months back.
They didn’t cover anything under warranty.
Pump and timer both have gone bad again.
I am trying to reach them and they are not responding our calls.
We had bought two years maintenance also but they never showed up for that.
These guys came out and did an amazing job very professional and even cleaned everything up for me I had to get some pipes replaced for my septic.
Was available for a tank abandonment next day. (this may not always be the case)
Price point was highly reasonable.
10/10 would contact again for septic services.
Emergency call on late Saturday afternoon. Andrews Septic responded within an hour. They took care of business when other contacts couldn’t and they left me with a smile on my face. I will be recommending them to my neighbors.

Reese arrived fast and went above and beyond to get things working again, explaining in detail what was causing the issue and what we needed to do.
They showed up early to their appointment. They pumped my Septic tank and talk my mouse infested pump and timer back to their shop and had it rebuilt, working, mouse free, and reinstalled by the end of the day. Thanks guys, Will you again
