Good customer service but crazy deals that end up running into INSANE interest rates! Def check out the fine print before signing anything!

I absolutely love Aaron's! Friendly and helpful staff. They treat you like family. If you need something and dont have the money to buy it outright (because let's face it people who has thousands of dollars just sitting around for a new couch, stove, etc?) Give Aaron's a try! I've been with them for a few years now and regret that I didn't go with them sooner!

I would NOT recommend this store to anybody! The girl who is in charge of my account, her name is Amy, has continued to automatically run payments out of my bank account even after I have set up times to call her and make payments when my husband gets paid! She has bounced my bank account and disregard anything I’ve said about my payments! She is also very belligerent and rude every time I talk to her! I have purchased things from the store in the past and never had a problem. But for some reason this lady absolutely will not give me a fair deal!

Tried getting a home computer from these people and got the computer with no cords on Dec23/24,2019 no cords and with the understanding that it was$5! Special for the first month and I called and said my husband wanted it returned he didn't think we could afford it til I went back to work.well talked to the woman not 10mins ago and she's trying to say we owe 144 with late fees and until it's paid we will owe every two weeks whether it's picked up or not. And we ordered a desk which was never delivered and I tried telling her this buy she said it wouldn't make a difference in the payment but yet the woman who worked out order up said it will make our payment a little more. WHAT? WHOEVER this woman is (talked to her on 1-24-20around 5: 15pm AARON'S HAS WORKING FOR THEM needs to have her replaced. Very rude not customer friendly at all. (Thank you and I as well have went to the ones above urstore)

Friendly staff only problem is when you pay you bill off it dosen't help your credit score.

I have waited over a week for my stuff to arrive from an online order. And now I have to wait damn near a week for them to deliver it to me. I feel I will have better luck hiring someone to use their own truck to go pick it up for me. I'm going to have a month payment due on less then a week and won't even have my items for a week. This is screwed up and very unprofessional. Since I order d online they should have just delivered to me and not the store. Smdh
